In very quiet neighborhood--700 sq .foot, one bedroom with Queen bed, large dresser with mirror and flat screen TV. Large walk in closet. Big bath tub with shower and one sink bathroom, size 6 foot by 15 feet. Full kitchen with all new amenities. Large countertop with barstools. Living room with overstuffed pull out queen sofa bed. Fireplace and tall 12 foot ceilings through out entire guesthouse. Big new Weber BBQ for your use. Lovely quiet private back porch with table and chairs for relaxing and outdoor dining pleasure. The guesthouse is a separate building from the main house.

Our Slice of Heaven!

This Property is an Excellent place to stay when visiting The Old Pueblo! Its location near the University of Arizona is ideal and close to all of our favorite places around Tucson. The Owners are Truly Wonderful People that have created a perfect Southwestern property that exudes all that is needed for a Lovely Stay here. This was our 2nd stay at the guest house. Candace and Ginger are excellent hosts. The place is charming and homey and has anything you need for your stay. A Tucson Gem

Great Stay!

My wife & I were in town for a mini-reunion, football game, visit, & found this gem of a place! Ginger was so welcoming, & our stay was so comfortable! We would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area! We’ll be back!!

Cozy, comfortable and close to U of A

It was our daughter's graduation from U of A. This adorable little casita is close to campus, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood so if felt a bit like home. Check in was easy and check out was easy. The place is very clean and comfortable. The carpet in the bedroom is like walking on clouds. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Guest House

Our stay in Ginger and Candace's guest home was wonderful start to finish. Very clean and comfortable! Their outdoor gardens and decor are so beautiful! Ginger was super friendly and sweet! We will definately be returning!

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed in the guest house for a long weekend. The location was perfect for us as our son's apartment was less than a mile away. This is a very quiet, clean neighborhood. Ginger and Candace are amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful. The guest house is beautifully decorated and clean and so cozy. The back patio area is absolutely beautiful and was so relaxing to sit out there and watch the full moon rise. There aren't enough stars to review this awesome gem. I will definitely book with them again next time I visit Tucson. The one downfall is, this is such a sweet little treasure I'm afraid it will be booked all of the time as word gets out about it!

Clean and Quiet

This guest house was great!! Very clean and quite roomy! The outdoor space was perfect. Ginger the host was very responsive and helpful getting us checked in and situated. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful guesthouse experience

We loved our stay at this guesthouse in so many ways. It is beautifully decorated, the furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with high quality items, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the house. Amazing decor

We loved being close to Winterhaven and shopping. The property was immaculate, the decor was eye catching Southwest and Native American and the back patio was beautiful. Home was comfortable and relaxing.

Awesome Stay

Ginger is a great host and the casita was perfect. It had plenty of room inside and a cute patio overlooking their backyard decorated with cool southwest inspired art. Very pleasant!

Great casita

Owners couldn’t be nicer. This is our 2nd time staying here. We love the privacy and backyard. Excellent location with lots of restaurants, shopping and hiking nearby.

Cozy Casita

This property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and close to so many places. The property exceeded our expectations for comfort and amenities. It is a nature sanctuary with colorful artwork, sitting areas, and lots of flowers. The host Ginger was a lovely person who was very personable. We enjoyed our stay and will be back soon! Tucson vacation

The guest house was absolutely perfect - private, extremely clean, well appointed, comfortable bed, large bathroom, and a great patio area. All in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of a park and extensive hike & bike trail system. The owners (Ginger and Candace) were very helpful & friendly as well. We'll be back next time we visit Tucson.
