This was an outstanding condo, and it has a great view and very spaces. It would help if in the check in it stated that there is a wooding screen door on the front door where the key code is to get in.

I would use this condo again as it was a great experience

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. A few things we noticed. Little lighting in the double BR, a stain on the recliner in LR, sliding glass door would not lock. All minor things though. It was beautiful, comfortable and we would stay again. The view was so great.

Great place to stay!!

My family and I stayed here as a graduation getaway. It was 3 adults 3 children (2, 7 &15). Very secure location, all access was provided to us timely. There was plenty of space and exactly as pictured. Such a relaxing environment. The views from every room were wonderful, could not have picked a better location. Looking forward to booking again in the future!!

We absolutely loved the whole place. Check-in was so easy. Condo was immaculate, spacious, very accommodating, absolutely stunning, looked exactly like the pictures and had beautiful views. Great views

The property was very clean and comfortable. We had one issue upon arrival and the manager and owner handled it well. Our stay was perfect and we plan to come back.

Fantastic view

The East Pass Tower 1 condo is very spacious! It feels like home. It is right on bay. It feels like you can reach right out and touch the water! It does have a view of the gulf, but it is a distance away. It was interesting to watch the marine traffic in the bay, as well as the dolphins, sea turtles, pelican, and gulls. The pelicans fly so close to the condo! The condo has everything you need to have a fantastic stay. The only things you need are your clothes and some beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Large unit with great views. No beach access.

The condo was huge with large balconies and spectacular views. Unfortunately, there is a fake beach and no access to the real beach. We had to drive to a public beach each day to thoroughly enjoy the water. The unit is extremely run down. There are notes everywhere with instructions on how to get things to work. Example: to get hot water in master shower, turn knob to 11 oclock. The cabinet door on the fridge was off. The freezer had to be slammed in order to keep it closed. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned. The faucet in the master tub was literally falling off the wall. The master tub also did not hold water, we had to purchase a drain cover to be able to use the tub. I did notify management and they told us the unit was up for a re-model and they would come wipe down the fridge. Basically the message was "too bad, we are updating soon". Although the unit is huge, we will not stay again. No beach/ocean access is a deal breaker and should have been disclosed, as well as the condition of the unit.

Excellent! Views are spectacular! Worked very well for adult family members desiring some space inside and out. Pool a bit too cool to swim in. Overall great experience!

Beautiful spot. Amazing deck. Communication was OK; there was an incident so I understand they had to keep their distance. Heard their doing work on the place this winter. Can't wait to see what they do!

Breathtaking view!

Sometimes pictures on rentals don’t do the place justice and in this case the pictures were incredible and in person the same. It’s a beautiful place and the views were incredible. The owners did note there were some upgrades coming to the condo that will I’m sure be amazing. I’d love to bring my parents and sis/BIL next time since there was plenty of space.

Great views, nice accommodations

We stayed over the Halloween weekend. Fireworks, pirate ship, dolphins and gorgeous sunsets from one of the two balconies. Furnishings were above average and the enclosed foyer/ hallways create a secure feeling in th building. We biked through the neighborhood and had a great time overall. Second visit to 409. Won’t be our last. Cheers

The unit itself was beautiful and the location couldn't have been more beautiful. Unfortunately there were some issues with the unit and the complex. The master bathroom needed to have the bath faucet and the shower facet fixed (although it was noted that it was scheduled to be updated). The half bath plastic covering the lighting on the ceiling was broken and coming down. There was also mold on it and some on the ceiling. The faucet on the sink did not work properly ... it shot water at you when you were using it and it leaking into the cabinet below. There was a bucket to "catch" the water that had to be emptied. The worst part was with the complex it self... there was an overflow pipe that emptied below the pool that smelled like the sewer. Depending on how the wind blew there were times you couldn't sit outside on the porch... also on the loungers around the pool. The hot tub was also broken and closed.

Family vacation 2021

East Pass Towers certainly fulfilled our expectations!! Nice clean unit in a very relaxed and uncrowded environment. The view from the balconies was truly amazing. Evolve was professional and provided all information needed without over doing it. Will certainly use again.

Nice stay

This condo is what we expected based upon pictures and reviews. The highlights are really the location and incredible views. Plenty of eating space and relaxing space with very comfortable chairs and couches. Areas for improvement (which seems typical for most rentals) would be better mattresses on all beds and a restocking of cooking pans, pots and knives. Lastly, it takes the oven 30 minutes to preheat to 500. This was mentioned in previous review. I will return to this condo again if they replace the mattresses. Wonderful views.

Beautiful view

The view of the boats coming in and out of the harbor was my favorite part as well as watching dolphins. The condo had everything you needed. It included beach chairs, unbrellas, beach towels, and plenty of kitchen supplies to cook anything. The only issue we had was the master bedroom bathroom, the hot water didn't work in the tub. Came out warm but would not get hot so I had to go back and forth with a large pot of hot water from the sink which took awhile. Overall the stay was amazing, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We spent most of our time out on the patio then we did in the house. The kids loved spending time at the pool and playing in the sand nearby.

All we had hoped for!

We arrived at the condo just as winter storm Uri was starting to rear her ugly head. Being from KY, we couldn’t have found a better place to ride out the storm! Even though it was a cold week in Destin, we had a fabulous stay. The unit was comfortable, the amenities were all there for us and the view was fantastic. My wife remarked that it was the best Valentine’s Day gift she could have gotten! We hope to return.

Saw dolphins every day!

Beautiful, unique place to stay. Much better layout than most condos. This one has two living room spaces and 4 balcony areas (with good, comfortable furniture). Each bedroom has balcony view/access. With the different ways the balconies face, in the afternoon you can find sun or shade. We saw dolphins each day of our stay from the balcony. It was February so pretty quiet but I would guess in high season you would see a LOT of boat traffic as this property is near the bridge and is the way in to the East Pass to the marina. It is not on a real beach; it is a sea wall. But they do have sand out so all the same feels except putting your toes in the water. Just to the west is a nice beach area you can easily walk to that is protected by the jetty. Plus is you get the boats; minus is you miss the sound of the waves. But you can take a short walk to the east for a small, free beach or drive to the Henderson State Park maybe 5 minutes away for a fantastic beach (pay for full day pass). Condo was ok on kitchen stuff. Needs a new oven that doesn't take 30 minutes to warm up and needs a toaster and good set of knives. Really liked it overall and would for sure stay here again.

Nice condo in great location.

Condo was as described and pictures on website are accurate. 2 separate balconies overlooking East Pass and the Gulf. Would like to stay there again in the spring.
