Great set up for my wife and I for a get away. Very clean. Short dive to main attractions in Waco (Baylor/ Magnolia, etc).
This was our 2nd time staying here and we will use it again!
We enjoyed our stay here. Excellent information and communication from the hosts. Easy to find and we had no trouble going into town for dinner. This was our first time to stay in a tiny house and we loved it. It had everything we needed. The layout was very functional. The Murphy bed was genius! Very cozy!
When we checked into our Tiny CargoHome, there were some issues with the bathroom. I called the number provided to me and got a callback within minutes. They went above and beyond to help us. Sometimes things happen in an untimely manner, but they were able to relocate us with no questions asked. The property we ended up staying at was amazing! The owners/property manger were fantastic to work with - I would recommend them to anybody! They also provided everything you need to know about the area including local restaurants and attractions! We were very happy with this stay in spite of a small hiccup with the property.
Loved everything about this house. It was perfect for mine and my husband's 13th anniversary weekend getaway. The house was super clean from top to bottom. Nice, quiet little area. Property management was very friendly and responsive. Definitely a place we want to visit again.
It was a great stay. My mother can't do much with her physical ailments. She is elderly and has some health issues, but she really felt she got a little "adventure" back in her life with a nights stay in a tiny home. Thank you again for everything. It will be a great memory my mother and I will share together of our fun "mother daughter trip" and a stay in a "tiny home". Thanks!

Very clean, well organized and put together. Lots of signage on how to use everything
This house was used as a mother/daughter stay for a weekend getaway in Waco. The house was perfect size for the two of us, we really enjoyed it and had a great time sitting on the balcony and talking. The property was decorated so cute, clean, and management kept in touch if we needed anything. Close to restaurants and shopping but far enough for quiet evenings. Everything that we needed was supplied and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
First time in a tiny home, new experience, very nice place. Comfy bed and pillows, clean, equipped well for small space. Out of town, but close enough to be convenient. Would recommend for some down time away!
First time staying in a tiny home. This place really has their stuff together. It was clean, neat, had everything (shampoos, soaps) you might need or might have forgotten. The rooftop area was are favorite spot to hang out in the mornings for coffee and to chill out at night before bed.
This property was conveniently located close to downtown Waco. The setting is so peaceful with longhorn cattle next door. So nice to come back to after a busy day in Waco and the Silos.
The wife and I came in from Atlanta to check out Magnolia (I know...we’re the first ever, right?). First of all, the communication with the property owner was a cut above the rest. I’ve stay at a lot of VRBO properties - we have kids and love staying at the beach so, yeah... - and the communication was incredible. We booked last minute and within 10 minutes of clicking “book” had received an email AND a text message from the property owner. It was unreal! The place was so cool! While “tiny” it was everything we needed and then some. The Murphy-bed was incredibly comfy. The kitchen was perfect. We forgot a couple “adult” beverages in the fridge but that was our fault. The bathroom was HUGE for a tiny house. The rooftop deck was the icing on the cake. There was a cat that just needed all the snuggles in the world and my wife was ready and willing to provide them.
Look...if you’re searching for an awesome spot, and incredible (unheard of!) communication from the owner...this is THE spot for you.
Oh! The couple of longhorn cattle just adjacent to the property were pretty cool also.
BOOK THIS PLACE...NOW. It’s SOOOO worth it.
