This modern spacious three bedroom house has open plan living areas and is right on the bank of the river. The property has a private outlook, with expansive glass to take in the water views. Indoor living areas flow onto a large deck for outdoor entertaining.
It has polished timber floors, high ceilings, and a well equipped kitchen. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in bedrooms. High speed internet.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed +TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single bunks. Trundle bed available by prior arrangement. There is 1 bathroom with a shower and seperate hob style bath, plus a seperate toilet.
Set on a huge block with ample parking plus double tandem lockup garage. You can tie your boat up to the house at high tide with a fully serviced boat launch ramp 200m away for low tide. The property is not fully fenced as it has a 70m high tide boundary.
The large entertaining deck has a gas webber BBQ, dining setting and lounges; with a locking pool gate to contain children and pets. There are mangos free to pick in season. An easy walk or ride on the provided bicycles to shops.

awesome home away from home
The only negative was the few mozzies so be prepared with repellant for the early morning and arvo. In saying this Iluka just had a deluge of rain. Watching nature with the tide and the birds was relaxing. Enjoyed the river and beach walks with the dogs. Thanks for loving our V's!

Really nice property that is clean and fully equipped.Huge yard with amazing bird life. Just do not forget to bring your body insect spray as the midges are the only downside.

A pearl on the river
Riverpearl exceeded our expectations in our search for a private, peaceful escape in a beautiful location yet close enough to amenities.For 3 retirees & one small dog, our creature comforts we well catered for. The expansive, private deck facing directly onto the mangroves on the edge of the river provided us with hours of delight & tranquility as we witnessed the tidal flow & the variety of wildlife that accompanied it. A wonderful, healing space from which to explore the beautiful surrounding landscapes of Iluka. We shall return!

The house and location were excellent. Everything that you need for a great holiday is there. The only worry we had was the stairs but only because we had two 85 year old’s with us but they managed and were very impressed with everything else. We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing river retreat
A lovely peaceful getaway with a fabulous deck to relax on. We were sheltered and snug in spite of the torrential rain and enjoyed the diverse birdlife.

Iluka holiday
Prior to the NSW school holidays, we found a holiday at Iluka very pleasant. This property is in easy walking distance from all amenities, the pontoon at the boat ramp being a popular 5 minute walk with the kids for fishing. Saw lots of wild life, sting rays, dolphins, rosellas, pelicans, etc etc. Will come again.

A Real Pearl
We had a lovely time (almost two weeks) getting back to nature at the peaceful River Pearl, with the only noise coming from the plentiful local birds and bats.. The owners were extremely responsive and friendly, as was everyone in the area, and we look forward to coming back. Thank you for a great holiday!!

Delightful Riverside Oasis
Lovely property and perfect chilled location on the waters edge of the Clarence River. The house was expansive in size had everything we could want for on our 4-day stay. Reading and relaxing in the deck towards sunset was a pure delight. We’ll be back !

Great location lovely home
The location of this property is magic, right on the water. The house is even nicer in person than the pictures show. Just wish we had a boat to use the water! Only thing missing was wifi as with teenagers we like to watch Netflix in the evenings. Will definately be back!

Perfect getaway
This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at River Pearl and it won’t be our last. We absolutely love the place and so do our dogs. The location is just beautiful, it’s so peaceful and all you can hear are the beautiful birds and bats. You feel like you’re right in nature but just a short stroll to town. The house is lovely and clean and really well equipped with a great kitchen for cooking. Huge double lock up garage under the house that also has push bikes to use. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Peace and Tranquility
If you are looking for peace and tranquility then this is the place for you!! River Pearl is even better than described in the listing from it's perfect location on the river, to being immaculately clean inside with everything you need in the well stocked kitchen. There is an expansive yard for kids and pets to play and a large verandah with perfect views and breezes to relax and unwind while watching the river and associated wild life come and go. Our son launched a kayak easily from the backyard at high tide to go and explore the river, but the boat ramp is just around the corner for access to the river at any time. The property is close to everything in town and a short trip to the beach and bush walks. We found the owners very helpful and they responded promptly to our questions. After such a relaxing stay we did not want to leave, and will certainly be heading back to River Pearl. I highly recommend this property.
