Walking or cycling holidays.
Recent single storey house very bright and well equipped with fully enclosed garden, out of sight.
There is a large living room with access to the garden, 3 bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the outside. All rooms are with tiled floors.
Nearby, malaiguille beach (surf spot) boulassiers beach. These beaches are sheltered from west winds
they face La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix and Fort Boyard on the right.
At low tide you can go fishing on foot.(shells, crabs ect)
Every day, the market at La Brée les Bains during the school holidays.

Cozy retreat
Nice, cozy place to stay. Great for couple. Had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped with all the necessities. We came to ski for the week and its close to everything. Soft, comfortable bed too. Nice to have hot tub and pool in rec center for use too.

Séjour très agréable. Emplacement calme et à proximité des commerces et de la mer facilement accessibles à vélo. Un plus : les vélos laissés gracieusement à disposition par les propriétaires. Merci beaucoup. Toute la famille en a bien profité!

Maison oléronaise
Nous étions 4 adultes pendant la semaine d'octobre où il a fait si chaud. Comme en été ! Maison où nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Terrasse confortable. Nous avons pu rentrer nos 2 voitures. Mme Sicard bien qu'absente, a bien communiqué via le téléphone. Les vélos mis à disposition sont vraiment un plus (bon, il va falloir les réviser un peu... "usure").Superbe séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

Semaine à vélos sur l'île d'Oléron
Re découverte de l'île et dégustation de toutes ses spécialités. Nous avons vécu un moment magique à la "Casa Giorgiani". Après le service, la patrone des lieux et le personnel vous entraînent dans un karaoké endiablé et de qualité. Bref, à refaire

Jean-Claude Bohl Maison conforme à l'annonce, propre et confortable, proche des commerces et du marché ainsi que de la plage de la Passe Blanche. Les déplacements se font à pied, c'est vraiment un plus. Merci à Charlotte pour son accueil.

Bonne vacance
Super location très bien pour 6 personnes. La salle à manger super bien avec la cuisine. Il y à une chambre avec salle de douche et wc c'est bien. La terrasse est grande tous les midis nous mangions dehors, le soleil était là. Charlotte qui nous reçois très agréable ,gentille. La plage et le marché pas très loin à pieds.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Maison bien équipée et proche de toutes commodités. Pas besoin de prendre sa voiture pour aller à la plage par exemple. A conseiller.

Oléron nous reviendrons
Location bien décorée, on se croit chez soi, tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour. Bonne communication à l'arrivée, en séjour et au départ avec les propriétaires et Charlotte. l'EDF est en sus, en hiver, a mettre en avant car c'est une charge de plus le chauffage étant électrique. L'ile est magnifique, de beaux paysages, les plages mais aussi la nature,les marais, les oiseaux, les vignes .. à voir, Dommage en février peu de restaurant ouverts, bars, boutiques et activités sont manquantes.Nous reviendrons.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten war es nett
Das Haus ist geräumig, die neue Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Frankreich. Ist es üblich keine vernünftigen Bettdecken zu haben? Es sind Schlafsäcke und einfache Decken vorhanden die wir in die Bettbezüge einziehen sollen. Das finde ich befremdlich. Im Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach waren Lebensmittel vom Vormieter, überall in der Küche Brotkrümel. Wir waren zu dritt und haben gehofft wenigstens 3 von den 6 Fahrrädern gut nutzen zu können. Leider waren keine Radtouren möglich. Sehr schade.
