Bawley View Ocean Front

Bawley View is an older style, two storey North facing waterfront property overlooking Cormorant Beach with 180 degree views taking in the beach and looking up the coast to Ulladulla.
The house is divided into two sections.
Downstairs is the two bedroom owners accommodation.

Rental accommodation for 6 people only, is upstairs and consists of one double bedroom and two queen bedrooms one with ensuite, all of which open out onto large deck areas and is only available fo weekly bookings from December through to February.😆Modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven. Combined lounge dining area with television, DVD, and CD player make this a relaxed and comfortable place to stay.

Gas heating and gas BBQ provided.

Location

Located at the end of the Cul de Sac at 49 Harrington Crescent, Bawley View is a short stroll to either Gannet or Cormorant beach, Other local beaches, Bawley, North Beach and Murramarang are also in comfortable easy walking distance.

Bawley Point is well known for it's surfing breaks and three of these are visible from the deck and within easy walking distance from the house. If bushwalking is what you desire, then you should enjoy the many and varied beach and forest walks in Murramarang National Park.

If you are after a relaxing or romantic stay then look no further.

We do not charge a cleaning fee and ask that you leave the house the way you found it.
Linen and towels are provided so all you have to do is relax.

We have a minimum stay of two nights.

Fantastic view

Gorgeous view and superb location 2 min walk to beach for a quick dip morning and afternoon. Plenty of space and the balcony bbq was handy for evening meals. With a deck front and back there were many options to sit in Sun or shade at any time of the day.

Wonderful location

It was just lovely to arrive at this property and see the amazing view. This place had a really good feel about it. We loved listening to the ocean and watching the whales playing on their way South. Many thanks to our kind host, we were sorry to miss meeting you.

Beautiful part of the world

The view is absolutely superb! The house was perfect for what we needed - very comfortable with five adults and a baby. A portacot and high chair were kindly supplied for no extra charge. The heater is in the living area so the bedrooms got a little chilly overnight, but plenty of blankets were available. The kitchen is a bit higgledy piggeldy, only basic cookware was available.

Ideal quiet time away at the beach.

Overall nice place to stay. Best views from the veranda, watched dolphins swim past on two separate days. Watched grey goshawk, rainbow lorikeets, the rabbit’s on the lawn. Easy access to the beaches either side of the house. Clean comfortable beds, not flash needs some updating. Host was friendly. Ulladulla only 25 mins to the north and Batemans Bay 30 mins to the south.

My family and I spent a week in January at Pauls place in Bawley Point and loved every minute of our holiday. The views from the house were spectacular and the beach is less than a two minute walk away. Such a relaxing holiday, we can’t wait to come back!

Absolute Perfection

This place is in one of the most amazing and spectacular spots, the view is incredible and we spent much of the holiday on the balcony enjoying the view. Very kid friendly as well and such an easy wander down to the beach which meant we really enjoyed going to the beautiful beach. Paul was so kind, we couldn’t have had a better experience.

Great views, but not clean

Whilst the location of the property was amazing and the views from the balcony were beautiful, the cleanliness of the property was severely lacking, most items in the kitchen needed to be cleaned before use - we had to buy a new fry pan to even cook with as the one at the property still had food on it and was so badly used. The overall kitchen and property needed a very good clean, vacuum and mop and the towels definitely need updating.

Best place for beach front house

1- Property manager is good to communicate 2- clean house 3- best sea views from back deck 4- lots of places for kids to play ( front and back deck) 5- lots of beaches nearby 6- 2 good car parking lots 7-lots of pillows and blankets 8- Kitchen good Some request for 👇 1- heater & Fan each room 2- back deck room toilet need a curtains 3- Kitchen Coker need automatic fire one We all loved this Christmas holiday , we are going back again next year👍👍 Thanks Thomas Abraham

Location location

Had a great stay. Really can’t beat the location. Perfect for a family getaway. There were some repairs in progress but these did not impact our stay. Overall it was a bargain for what we got and looking forward to going back.

We had a short stay of 2 nights at Bawley View, we truly couldn’t fault the property- it was perfect for our family of 6. Million dollar ocean views and Multiple beaches located minutes away by foot. Great communication by Paul and easy check in Would highly recommend to others!
