The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make from a gourmet meal to crock pot dinner while on the slopes. Multiple grocery stores close by if your into cooking including Safeway and Whole Foods in town or King Soopers in Dillon. The wet bar has a blender for mixed drinks or for those healthy protein shakes. It also has wine accessories. The dinning room seats 8 adults or 10 tight. Washer and dryer in unit make it easy to throw in a load of dirty laundry and not worry about having to pack extra clothes for each day. Perfect location in winter for skiing as it is very central to hit multiple mountains with Copper mountain being the closest with10 min drive or take the "free" shuttle (Summit Stage) over to Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper mountain. A-Basin is 10 minutes past Keystone. Vail is a 25 minute drive further West and Beaver Creek is 10 minutes past Vail. After a fun Apres ski you can cozy up in front of the wood burning fire place with beverage of choice. Frisco Main St. is a short walk or drive to all the local restaurants and bars with many venues offering live music for your dinning or entertainment. There are also multiple attractions for non-skiers with Silverthorne Outlet Mall, a full recreational center and boutique shopping in every town. Frisco also has a tubing activity hill for additional fun. Frisco is also a perfect summer spot as you can walk down to the Frisco Marina to enjoy summer activities in picturesque lake Dillon including kayaking, boating and fishing, hang out on the beach with the dog or enjoy the sunshine and music at the marina with a corn hole field or play ground area. We are located within walking distance to Walter Byron Park which includes a play ground, large field and picnic tables for grilling all along the relaxing raging river sounds. Our unit has a private front yard with a flowering garden where you can sit out on the deck enjoying your morning Joe or that scrumptious cocktail viewing an incredible sunset in front of Mt. Royal. Each town has multiple summer fun activities from Farmers Markets along with multiple festivals with food, music and summer fun. Take an incredible hike up any given trail or tackle the major 14ers. Mountain bike, road bike , down hill on the slopes, off road, go white water rafting, horseback riding or relax by the camp fire. You can't go wrong with Frisco as your choice. Please call with any other questions or concerns as we are passionate about our property and town. We are pet friendly but prefer to talk with you directly about that first to make sure we can host you with pet and meet your expectations etc...

Great location for a quick getaway
We enjoyed our stay up in Frisco! The hosts were great communicators and helpful. The unit is a bit dated, but totally comfy for our needs. We loved being able to walk or ride bikes to Main St. easily. It was enjoyable stay!

Frisco is just so dang beautiful!!!
Loved the location. Walking distance to downtown, walking distance to a beautiful park with the creek running through it. Just perfect. The only feedback is that I wish the bunk bed had a smaller mattress on top. Due to the large mattress, my husband had to sleep up there instead of one of our younger children because we feared they would roll off. Everything else was just lovely.

Comfy and ideal ski stay
Host was very good with communication and the place was quite comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. Walk to town or along the river path. Dog friendly. Comfy beds. Comfy couch. Nice to have the wood burning fireplace. Plenty of room to put your stuff away. Loveland, Copper, Breckenridge, and A Basin are close. Several groceries and stores close by. Quiet. Family friendly. Large tub to soak sore muscles. Need I say more? We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect location, ski trip getaway
We had 6 adults stay at the property for our annual ski trip. It was a perfect space for the number of people we had, if we had any other family members join us, it would be a little tight. It is a cozy unit that gives off a very homey feel. Only suggestions I have: fix / unclog the slow drain in upstairs hall bath and have the oven (top one) cleaned. Top thing for us was the location. We have stayed at several other rentals before (in Breck and Silverthorne area), it was so nice be located right in Frisco, really close to everything we needed. (And super convenient as we skied Copper). Good amount of parking space as well! Thank you for a nice stay!

Great for families
The hosts were great and responsive to all our needs. Location is great with central access to all the summit county mountains, and a 30 min drive to Vail. Wildlife is abundant, we saw a moose walk right by our car one morning. We traveled with our toddler and he loved all the toys in the unit. They are stored in a cabinet so if they're not needed, you wouldn't even know they're there. Also love the sled they provided, we had a great time. A couple notes about the kitchen, it wasn't fully stocked with some things we could have used. They have minimal Tupperware, few knives and when we arrived there was a pan in the oven with grease. Other than that, we had a great time and would visit again.

Perfect location near Frisco Main St.
The best thing about this place is the location. It is right near Frisco, CO Main St. and provides easy walking or driving access to all the Restaurants and Shops Frisco’s Main St. has to offer. The surround neighborhood is nice, quiet, and well maintained with plenty of streets to walk along in the shadow of the nearby mountains. The rooms are spacious for a cabin and the beds are large, high, and comfy. The cabin was perfect for the winter holiday and though we not expected 1”-2” of snow we got 8”-16” during the Christmas holiday. The fireplace was warm and cozy, the heaters worked great and the water pressure/showers were hot and high. If you are looking for a place close to Main St. this is the perfect place for 4 people. We didn’t Ski/Snowboard while we were there, but this would be a perfect location for Ski/Snowboarding in the nearby Breckinridge areas.

Wife and I, 3 grown children and 2 dogs enjoyed a wonderful stay in Frisco. Townhouse is spacious, convenient to downtown Frisco and kitchen has all pots, pans, etc. to prepare and enjoy a feast. Coffee station is a big plus and dogs loved the area. Hope to return sometime and get on the slopes.

Awesome weekend getaway
Tina’s property exceeded our expectations. Not only was the location absolutely perfect (everything was within walkable distance or within 10 min drive of anywhere we wanted to go), but the space itself was very cozy and bigger than I expected. The neighbors were very friendly, great neighborhood, awesome views. We really enjoyed our weekend & hope to be back!

About the host

Born and raised in Iowa, we are Cyclones, Hawkeyes and have masters with the Drake Bulldogs. We both migrated over to the Colorado area 28 years ago and we have been Summit County residents for 21 years and love the area. We are locals and live full time in Centennial Colorado area. Happily married with 2 beautiful children ages 16 & 13. We love the great outdoors and have an active family.

Why they chose this property

Great central location near fun area of interest being downtown Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone A-Basin. Short drive up to Vail and Beaver Creek and Arrowhead Golf course. We are a diverse ski family and like to experience different mountain areas. We like variety and picked Frisco for this reason. It's central and doesn't tie you into the same slope or activity while on vacation or living here. It's so nice to see what all the resorts have to offer and dial into to the ones you like the most.

What makes this property unique

We liked our townhome because of the quiet side of things and you didn't have the condo noise next to you above you or below you. We also wanted our own personal space that is private and not shared. We like not being trapped in a total resort town where it may take 30-60 minutes wait time just to dine out or wait for a table. We also love the extra things to do if you are a non skier. We like
'free
' parking and walking to Main Street for entertainment as well as relaxing on the beach at the Frisco Marina during the hot summer days. We are close to hiking and biking trails as well,
