This is a 4 bedroom home, 2.5 bathrooms with a dining room, living room and a den walking out to a sun porch. Quiet, nice and reserved middle class neighborhood, with a spacious backyard, backed up to woods, very private and scenic. In addition, a full sized concrete patio with a fire pit and seating. Also, for recreation we have a concrete pad with basketball hoop. There is also a park within walking distance.

Good stay. Owner could provide a few trash bags, more cooking pans and utensils, more than 1 dish towel, a broom...just suggestions as I too have a short term vacation rental. We enjoyed our visit. We would stay again.

Unimpressed
This property was ok as a place for our family to sleep while visiting other family in Ohio. The owner was quick to respond at the time of booking to confirm the reservation and provided the house rules. He also helped find some stuffed animals left behind by one of the kids after we checked out and for that we are appreciative.
There were several disappointing factors:
1. Owner requires “shoe free” home and reminded us several times before arrival, but the floors were gross and our feet were black after the first hour. They definitely had not been cleaned in a long time!
2. The furniture was not functional for a house of this size. The dining table had bar height chairs so you couldn’t sit and eat at it. It was a large table and would have been nice to play games on too, but there were only 4 chairs and one was broken/unusable. The beds were old and noisy every time you turn over. Many of the lights/lamps did not have bulbs, so it was dark throughout. The couch in tv room had slices cut in the fabric so the stuffing was coming out.
3. The owner was adamant about speaking prior to entering the home, yet wasn’t available until we were almost at the house. The conversation was to go over the house rules again and some small talk. Normally wouldn’t mind this, although I’ve never had to do this for other rentals, but it could have been timed better or sent in the app.
Overall, I would not stay here again nor recommend.
This home was absolutely amazing!! Cleanliness and neighborhood are always on the top of list when looking for a place to stay and this place was a 10 out of 10 for both. My family and I enjoyed our time. We will definitely keep this listing in our favorites for next time!!
This property was a very clean 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were very nice. We used this location as housing for 5 employees working on a traffic study at John Glenn Airport(13 min away). Property was exactly as described and owner was nice and easy to communicate with. I would use this property again if i were in the area.
The house is very nice and clean. We didn't have any problems. Plenty of towels and everything that you would need.

Disliked: Check-in, communication
Average house in average neighborhood.
Booking seemed off with too many double checking questions all based on previous renters. Seems more concerned over how the house is used then how comfortable the guest are. 4 bedrooms but two have what seems to be old style mattresses that are very uncomfortable maybe good for kids but not adults. Extra charge for use of washer dryer and reluctant to allow the use of ironing board an iron which when we are there for business is vital to the impression on our end for meetings we were attending. Felt like more of an interrogation then openly receiving us as a guest. Never had that experience in my life over several probably over 25 stays in places such as this. Most people very upbeat and welcoming not talking about how so many others have ruined the ability for others to be trusted to do what is right and just enjoy the stay in the house. Consensus of the group staying we will not look to book again in the future.
If you’re looking for a comfortable family home with two living spaces and four bedrooms along with a huge kitchen, this is your place. Like extra pillows? They’re here! Like lots of extra towels and linens? They’re here! Like a fully stocked kitchen with blender, coffee maker and tons of other kitchen stuff? They’re here! Board games galore? They’re here! This home was perfect for our group of eight adults and two little ones. I would recommend to everyone. Enjoyed all the paper hand towels and soap in each bathroom especially with our large group. Note: although washer / dryer is listed, there is an extra charge if you want Jay to unlock that room.
Jay was very easy to boom with. He was informative, and you could tell he really cared about the house. The house was clean and spacious for my family. If I’m being super picky I would just suggest added mattress pads to make the beds comfy.
The house was clean and well kept. The owner was easy to work with. It was in a nice family neighborhood. The only complaint is that the beds were very uncomfortable.
Spent four nights at the house with eight people. Worked well for our trips to the Columbus Zoo and the Wilds. Several close restaurants as well as grocery stores. Nice washer and dryer. Saw deer in the back yard which was fun!
We visited for our granddaughters 1st birthday. The house was a perfect 3 miles from my son.
There were 6 adults and the house was just perfect.
Beautifully updated, very clean.
We would stay again, we enjoyed all the extras like coffee pods for machine, creamers, sugars etc.
Bathrooms stocked. Sheets and towels very clean and soft!
Thank you!!
