Sit on the spacious front deck with a coffee and watch the sun come up. Or in the afternoon with a cocktail, watching the boats return. It is not in great shape, but in a great location. Only a few steps to the water. Cruising Club bar/restaurant is next door. Usually quiet except taco Tuesday. Can only access property by a short walk or motorbike. Can rent for about $5 a day. Same for a kayak.
