thoughtfully offer designated areas for living, dining and sleeping as well as
finishes and amenities that give any luxury hotel suite in the city a run for their

Each Ponce City Market unit is equipped with elevated thread count linens, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and safe parking access. The 80-year-old building was a southeastern hub for Sears Roebuck & Co.; each flat involves architectural details such as newly sealed concrete floors, steel frame windows and enclosed glass showers and stainless steel equipment that juxtapose the best of contemporary living with historic appeal.

RESERVATIONS 30+ NIGHTS: A Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be applied to your reservation and due at time of booking.

This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.
