Kays Studio Fully Self Contained Accommodation in the heart of Berry

Originally established in 2010 as a B&B,Kay's Studio has gained a solid reputation over the years for quality accommodation catering to couples seeking an affordable and cosy alternative to hotels and motels for their time away.We are located an easy walking distance only 350 metres to the centre of Berry with its cafes restaurants and unique shops which Berry is renown for. Inside you will find everything you need for that perfect weekend away,including reverse cycle air conditioning,tv with dvd player and micro stereo system,along with outdoor setting and gas two burner bar-b-que.All linen and towels are provided with ironed high quality sheets on a very comfortable double bed ensemble.Complimentary ground coffee along with a selection of twinings teas and cereals are supplied with two Devondale milk 200ml full cream cartons.The studio is fully equipped with dinnerware,cutlery,wine glasses and even a salad spinner so dining in if you have had a big day exploring the area is no problem.The studio is ideally suited for couples only (with no provision for children or pets,although guests with infants up to 12 months old are fine as long as you bring your own cot) who want to enjoy Berry and surrounding attractions including wineries,or take a short drive to the beauty of Seven Mile Beach on the Shoalhaven coast or maybe take in the breathtaking views from the lookout at Camberwarra mountain.Off street parking is available within the property nestled behind a large hedge separating the studio from the main house and garden so privacy is assured.
