About this property

This luxurious, waterfront, 'executive size' (1640 sq. Ft.), 3 bedroom condo will ensure your holiday is comfortable and memorable. Our ground floor condo is just steps away from beautiful, warm Skaha Lake. The living room, dining room, kitchen and family room all enjoy views of Skaha Lake and Lions Park. This is a quiet end unit with two patios facing the lake and park. Our home is spacious and cool in the heat of the Okanagan summer. A lovely kitchen with island is fully equipped. The condo has a separate dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer, Large Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Also has patio with views to the lake and park. A second large master bedroom has a king sized bed and bathroom access. A third bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed.
A heated pool awaits you outside the front door. Just steps off the back two patios, the beautiful Kettle Valley Linear Park offers a gorgeous walking/cycling track along the lake to Penticton.
Families with children will enjoy the close walking proximity to a large sandy beach on Skaha Lake which is also adjacent to a full playground and splash park for kids to enjoy.
OK Falls has the ambiance of a small town atmosphere, yet has all the amenities you could need within a 10 minute drive to Penticton.

A great rental in a great spot

Had a fantastic stay here for a couple of nights for a wedding in the area. The property was perfect, the rooms are good sized and the A/C kept us nice and cool. Our daughter loved the pool, and it's very centrally located for a walk around the lake or you can drive to Oliver or visit the the local wineries. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice stay in the beautiful South Okanagan.

Second Stay as Good as the First

We had another wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and more than big enough for us. We enjoyed the warm pool, the water park, and the lake. The grocery store is a 3 minute walk away, and there are several good dining choices in town. Looking forward to booking again!

Great Condo

Carly’s condo was perfect for our golf getaway with my hubby, my cuz and her hubby. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. It met all our needs perfectly. This was a very clean and well presented property. However it is a ground floor condo and we had significant noise throughout both day and night from above. The property is advertised with lake/beach views. It is possible to see the lake if you stand off the back deck, however it does not mention that the rooms are directly outside a large noisy RV park and it is virtually impossible to open the bedroom or lounge blinds without everyone being able to see directly in! So we did not at any point open the window covers. Generally disappointed at the inaccurate description in the original listing

Great Spot

Clean, comfortable unit, was perfect for 3 guys on a golf tour. Being a gated complex we felt comfortable leaving our clubs in the vehicle overnight. Good central location.

Beautiful spot

Amazing 3 bedroom condo on the lake has everything you need. The only thing we were sad about was that it was really hot and the pool wasn’t open until the following weekend and we had packed bathing suits planning to swim. Okanagan Falls is a lovely little town. Fantastic wine tour weekend.

Fantastic winter stay in OK Falls

We are a retired couple who stayed at this property from March15-April 26 2023. We enjoyed this spacious, comfortable and well equipped condo which was centrally located in the Okanagan Valley.An ideal home base for exploring the area. Our host, Carly, was friendly and responsive and answered our questions clearly. A most enjoyable winter vacation!

Amazing place

This condo is a fantastic place to stay. So clean, well organized, has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked in all the essentials in order to cook or bbq. If you forget something, there is a grocery store steps from the condo. You feel like you are at home staying here. Enough room for 4 adults and easily could have 6. Will definitely be back.

We’re overall happy with the property.There were a few things we didn’t like.When we arrived we could not access the property info so we had to call the owner to find out what condo number we were in, luckily she answered and we found out quick.We had lots of noise from condo above which would go well into the evening.Other than that everything was good.

Great family stay

This particular property had many pluses. Three nice roomy bedrooms. 2 full function bathrooms with extra towels. kitchen living room and dining room has open concept so nice to visit with a group. Beds were really comfortable. Loved the access of being on the main floor its own entrance, pool right outside the door and outdoor space with lawn and two sitting areas, very nice. Would highly recommend this place.

OK Falls Condo - great place to stay

Very clean, spacious 3 bedroom condo. Great location with a short walking distance to the beach. Lovely clean pool right out front of the unit. Would definitely recommend this rental for families, a group of friends etc.

WOW! This place is Amazing!!!

This place is better than posted! It is huge with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, spacious living/dining room and 2 Balconies. A short walk to take the kayaks to the lake in 5 minutes! We loved everything about the place! Carly was easy to reach and responded quickly to our questions! You cannot go wrong with this vacation spot!!! Highly recommend!

Perfect spot!

This unit was spacious and beautiful kept. Even better than the pictures! The location is steps from the lakefront and 2min walk to a beach area with picnic tables and playground area. This unit is also well equipped, it has everything you will need, including basic condiments, cutting boards, measuring cups, ice scream scoop, things that other places neglect. It shows that these hosts are thoughtful and caring. It was a perfect place for our group. Comfortable and well planned. We went ona cold rainy weekend, so the only thing I would say you should be prepared for is that most of the unit has stone floors throughout. Would be so nice and cool in the summer, but it was cold on my feet this weekend. So if you go on a cold weekend, bring slippers! ☺️ We will definitely request to stay again! I think we found our favourite spot in BC! Thank you again Carly and family for opening up your place to us, we greatly enjoyed it!

Bright and Beautiful

I’ve stayed in four or five different units in this complex, and this is my favourite when my family is with me. It’s a really good sized condo, with three big bedrooms and two bathrooms. The dining area easily accommodated 8 people with another 3 at the kitchen island. There is a massive sectional for the whole family to sit around and visit. The condo is very close to the beach, the KVR, an excellent local coffee shop, and the new grocery store (opening in May). The pool is right outside your front door, and they have a gas bbq on one of the two patios. Wall AC units in the master bedroom and great room, but we didn’t use them during our visit. The owners are quick to respond if you have a question, too. I’ve already booked my next stay. That’s how much we liked it.

We are the Toews Family and the Ortner Family. We are all working professionals living in the Fraser Valley of BC and share a love of the Okanagan! Growing up we all took many trips to the OK falls area (Penticton, Kelowna, Osoyoos, Oliver) and have many fond memories of our times there. Excited that we get to raise our young children to be the next generation to love coming to the Okanagan!

Has amazing access to some bigger cities, yet has the charm and peacefulness of a small and friendly town.
