The beautifully appointed kitchen features attractive stone bench tops, rich reflective glass splash backs and quality appliances including an ice maker and separate wine fridge.
A convenient powder room is also located on this level.
All four air-conditioned bedrooms are on the next level. Plenty of inbuilt storage and contemporary design have kept a minimal look while not compromising on storage. Every room features split system air-conditioning, the latest design in screens and doors plus ceiling fans.
The master bedroom features an outdoor shower in the en suite.
The second king bedroom also has an en suite and the remaining two bedrooms share a family size bathroom with bathtub.
