Great location, private neighborhood
Seadancer Villas is a great place for that vacation you are planning. Situated close to town in a quiet neighborhood you can have the best of both worlds. We offer comfortable rooms with a private 400 ft dock for your sunbathing pleasure. The awesome reef is just a short swim away and can be easily reached by swimmers of all levels. There is a dive shop just down the beach and they will gladly accommodate all your diving needs. We offer accommodations of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with fully equipped kitchens and 2 bathrooms. You can cook and eat in (you'll enjoy our BBQ) or grab a reasonable priced taxi to one of the many restaurants on the island. We have free wifi but have chosen to keep you holiday simple and all about the island so we don't offer television or phones. All villas have and outside deck with a view of the ocean that is just steps away. We have an onsite manager who will orientate you on our facilities and gladly answer any questions that may arise.
Although we do not offer pickup and delivery to the airport free of charge, we can arrange to have an English speaking taxi pick you up from the airport who will gladly become your island taxi if you wish.
My family has been returning every year to Roatan for the past 20 years. The people are wonderful, warm and interesting, willing to help whenever they can. We would love to help you enjoy this great little piece of paradise!

We are one of a group of owners who purchased into this vacation spot at different times. You can visit my facebook page Roatan - Seadancer Villas and see more pictures of the island. I will gladly share any information and pictures I have on Roatan.
Why they chose this property
My husband and I first visited Roatan in 1999 and stayed at Seadancer. The easy access to the reef (just a short swim away) the relaxed atmosphere and not needing a vehicle were out primary reasons for returning to Seadancer for the next few years. We ended up becoming friends with other owners who encouraged us to buy into the Villas. We have not regretted our decision for one second and return 1-2 times per year. Our neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery stores and restaurants and taxis are everywhere. There are buses also which carry mostly locals where you can mix with these wonderful people and get a real feel of island life.
What makes this property unique
The island is mainly English speaking but if you run into difficulties with a Spanish only speaking person, there is always someone right close who will help with translation. I cannot say enough about the wonderful people on this island. They are people who are happy with what they have, a rare thing in the western world.The reef, the reef, the reef! If you are not a swimmer or a diver and prefer to sunbathe and relax we have a double deck dock, where the ocean breeze will keep you cool. You can have coffee in the mornings with other guests and meet for sunset drinks. Our sunsets are spectacular! Every apartment (we have 6) has their own deck where you can sit and enjoy the breeze and the beautiful ocean view or if you have children watch them play as we are located right on the beach. We have very small tides and the water is shallow (from ankle to only waist deep) for about 350 feet out so is very safe for children. If you are lucky enough to be there at the same time as one of the owners, they are a great wealth of information on where to go and what to do of which there is plenty
