ABOUT US:
- We have lived and traveled all over the world and have now moved back to our favorite place - Manly. We bought this unit to live in most of the year, and rent it out when we travel. So we stand by its liveability - we have taken no shortcuts in fitting this place out.
- This is our place, and therefore it's liveable because we live in it, and we do not commercially rent it out, and we are not agents or third-party sellers. Our family unit is only available for a limited time each year, when we are traveling ourselves - this year, it is mid-Dec to late Jan. Min nights may apply.
THE LAYOUT
-3 bedrooms all with views (B1: master with queen size bed TV, DVD & bathroom, B2: double bed, B3: single. Bedrooms have fans (the master has a large ceiling fan) and all can be opened wide to the outside wrap-around balcony (with flyscreen doors).
-As we are up high & on the coast, we get the summer breeze and on a hot summer night don't feel the heat as much as other places might. The main dining kitchen area can be opened right onto the balcony giving a feeling of living outdoors, or closed and Air Conditioned.
-Linen included.
- 70-inch Samsung Frame Smart TV, Fast WiFi, + second 55-inch TV in the master bedroom.
LOCATION:
If you have (Apple) iMaps check out the 3d version 48A Queenscliff Rd.
It’s a unit block on the headland directly above the pool.(one of the middle floors)
PROPERTY JUST SUITED FOR FAMILIES
LIMITATIONS:
- The max number of people is never to exceed 6 overnight without prior written permission on booking. It is only suited for quiet families wanting to relax, and we need will you to validate this. Partygoers will not be tolerated, so please look elsewhere. To speed up the enquiry:
- Due to all rooms leading to a 5th floor wrap-around balcony, with sliding 'open living' doors, this place is not suitable, nor set up for toddlers / young children who may climb on fixed tables & chairs. Prams and strollers might be challenging to walk across the sand or up the drive.
- There are natural stone stairs (no railing) to the beach, and a steepish driveway.
- As this is not a commercial property and is our home 10 months of the year, we would like to get to know the people who would be staying to ensure compatibility. = - Since VRBO/Stayz does not yet have a verification process, we would ask that in your enquiry, you provide us with as much detail as possible about your group and yourself, so we can self-verify to ensure it is suitable and legitimate. The more you can tell us about who you are (and all guests) and what you are looking for, the faster we can process the enquiry. Please also provide a form of ID (Facebook, Linked-In, Profile page from your company, or some type of reference etc. Past host reviews will also help.).
- For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts and VRBO/HomeAway / Stayz will never request personal or credit card information via email.
Please be aware of VRBOs set standard terms and conditions regarding cancellations and date changes. (We highly recommend securing your own travel insurance to cover unforeseen /extraneous circumstances). Please understand that we have limited available dates that we rent our property, whilst we are travelling, (& with no one onsite to manage any on-the-spot changes). While we may, at our discretion, look into assisting with possible refunds, this would only be considered if we are able to secure another booking for the same dates at the same rate.

In recent years both the Prime Minister of Australia and the NSW Premier came from our area, and both are active members of our Queenscliff surf-club. (seen from our balcony!)
