Location
........
The Bendalong/Manyana area is comprised of three small headlands and several lakes all within a radius of a few kilometres. This is what makes exploring on foot or by car so interesting. And the many secrets to discover.
It has one of the few National Parks(Monument) that take in the coastline, and the different walks - big and small - through infinite bush, along beaches and the river, and through communities are exceptional, with some great spots for a picnic lunch.
The Wheelhouse is not located on any main thoroughfare and is 14km from the Pacific Highway. A quiet spot.
Clubs, Pubs and Restaurants are located within 30 minutes drive to either Milton/Mollymook or Sussex, and a new cafe has also just opened at the nearby Bendalong General Store, selling petrol and supplies.
Manyana is approximately 210kms from Kingsford-Smith Airport. Just follow the Pacific Highway south. About 45 minutes past Nowra take the Bendalong turnoff, which is well sign-posted.
You now have 14 kms to drive to Bendalong/Manyana. Watch out for wildlife!
