Stylish apartment 2 minutes walk from Prague Old Town Square. Newly renovated homely 1-bed apartment in historic building with big double bed (180x200cm; EU/US King size; UK super king size), high quality mattress, hallway, storage, free internet, work area and ensuite bath, shower, kitchen.

The apartment is on the ground floor - no stairs to climb. It is in the internal courtyard of the building, so isn't noisy.

A wonderful host in a wonderful part of town.

Excellent property right in the midst of the old town. Bars, restaurants, shops, transport, all at your doorstep. The owner and receptionist could not have been more helpful. Our driver was wonderful. A great experience.

Perfect location, excellent communication

This is an outstanding place to stay in the heart of Old Town. Lots of restaurants nearby and very convenient to public transportation. The owner was very communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed before we arrived. The document about the apartment was super helpful and the transfer from the airport made our trip so enjoyable!

Ferienwohnung gut gelegen, leider ein paar Mängel bei Sauberkeit.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und überaus freundlich. Man wir mit dem Taxi von Bahnhof/Flughafen abgeholt. Leider ist der Taxifahrer sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe gesundheitliche Probleme und kann nicht schnell gehen und brauche zwischendurch Pausen. Ich habe das auch gesagt, der Taxifahrer hat es verstanden, hat ihn aber nicht interessiert und keine Rücksicht genommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zu Bäcker, Restaurant und Shops muss man nicht weit gehen. Der Innenhof sieht sehr nett aus. In der Nacht scheint leider ein Scheinwerfer ins Zimmer und somit ist es so hell, dass man Nachts kein Licht anmachen muss, wenn man mal zur Toilette muss. Wer da empfindlich ist, braucht unbedingt eine Schlafbrille. Die Matratzen sind so durchgelegen, dass man das Gefühl hat, man sinkt auf den Boden. Es liegen zwei Matratzen aufeinander. Trotzdem habe ich schließlich mit Schlafbrille gut geschlafen. Nachts kommen die Partygäste zurück und im Hof knallt dann die Tür zu. Da steht man schon mal senkrecht im Bett, zumindest, wenn man damit noch nicht rechnet. Die Dame, die einen empfängt ist wirklich sehr nett und hat für den überaus rüpelhaften Taxifahrer wieder etwas entschädigt. Sauberkeit ist wieder ein eigenes Thema. Ich habe es als Männersauber bezeichnet. Nicht so schmutzig, dass man rückwärts wieder raus läuft, aber überall Staub und leider auch Schimmel im Bad. Unter dem Waschbecken ist Schmutz geklebt, den ich nicht näher definieren wollte.

Great apartment!!!

This was a wonderful apartment! The hosts were great and communication was easy with them. The location was perfect and easy to walk around the old town and even to the castle. The check-in process was very smooth and the free taxi ride from the airport to the apartment made it super easy. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Fun in Prague

Prague visit

Excellent location. It is mainly walking distance to a lot of attractions. You have all your basic amenities. The owner/manager is very very responsive and helped us in every step of the way until check in since it was a very difficult time when we arrived. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Prague.

Wonderful Location!

We read the previous reviews mentioning the great location, and can only affirm what others have said. The apartment is in the old town, only minutes from everything youll want to see. The apartment was as described, except there was no television; however there's so much to see in Prague that we didn’t miss it. Having transportation from the airport was a great benefit. We'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location

Oh my gosh, this property could not be better situated for a stay in Prague. You step out the door and you are right in the middle of the activity with every site is a short walking distance away. The owners were very informative, Halina very helpful, and the apartment was clean. I gave the apartment 4 stars because I felt the lighting, especially in the bathroom could be better. Things that are important to me but not everyone would be having paper towels and better bath towels. However, these small things would not keep me from renting this wonderful apartment again.

Very cute and comfortable place

The place is really cute, with a unique charm in it! The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot, and a little kitchen lets you cook if you are in the mood! The location is unbeatable! Everything is within walking distance! We have absolutely enjoyed the Juzz Republic across the street, which has free jazz performances every night. The pick-up from the airport makes this place totally unique. I will definitely recommend it.

Great location and nice spacious flat

I enjoyed the privacy at this spot. Close proximity to everything in Praha! Host was very easy to get in touch with. Has a nicely decorated space with many books to read and a beautiful large tub to soak after a long day of sightseeing

Emplacement idéal

L'appartement est très sombre, ancien et athypique, mais silencieux et surtout idéalement placé, tout peut se faire à pieds.... Grand merci à John pour toutes les infos concernant la location et de prévoir un taxi de l'aéroport à l'appartement (gratuit !!!) et qui, si vous le souhaitez, vous ramène à l'aéroport pour 20 euros... Donc location à recommander.

Very comfortable with great location

Everything was as advertised! We were able to walk to all the major sights and never even had to use the public transport for the 3 days we were there! Clean and comfortable accommodations with plenty of restaurants and services nearby.

Idéalement bien placé

Appartement calme et très bien placé pour les visites. Malgré l'arrivée tardive, un taxi nous attendait à l'aéroport et une employée à l'appart pour tout nous expliquer. Le propriétaire nous a bien aidé pour trouver un taxi pour le retour. Je le recommande sans problème

Perfecte plaats voor een verblijf in Praag

Het appartement ligt op een zeer mooie locatie in Praag. Vanuit het appartement ben je in enkele minuten op het "Old Town Square" of op de Karluv most (Charles Bridge). Ook de Praagse burcht is aan te lopen. Het is niet al te groot maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Goed bed, redelijke keuken en badkamer. Daar het appartement aan een binnenplaats zit heb je weinig last van verkeer en of vakantiegangers. Halina, de receptionist heeft ons, wanneer nodig, goed geholpen. De taxi service was prima geregeld. Moet wel zeggen dat het niet overal even schoon was. Vooral de keuken kan wel een flinke schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. Ook de matten die er liggen zijn niet al te schoon, misschien een keer uitkloppen i.p.v. alleen schoonzuigen. De kraan in de keuken moet worden vastgezet en de kraan in de badkamer zou eigenlijk vervangen moeten worden, kan niet echt warm/koud regelen. Alles bij elkaar genomen vonden we het toch 5 sterren waard. Zoals gezegd, locatie, wat toch een heel belangrijk punt voor ons was, is perfect. Diner hebben we alleen in een restaurant gedaan. Als wij nog een keer terug zouden gaan naar Praag dan zouden wij zeker dit appartement proberen te reserveren.

Lovely cosy apartment.

Well maintained & convenient to most popular sites

The property is as described. Its location is very centrally located which makes it convenient but the street can be very crowded at times due to Prague’s extreme popularity. Since the apartment is located off a small interior courtyard you generally don’t hear or notice other people. Being met by a taxi at the train station was much appreciated & not often provided by owners.

Cozy apartment in the perfect city center location.

We loved this apartment in the center of Prague! It was well equipped with linens, towels and kitchen items. We didn't cook much but the kitchen had everything needed to do so. Even though it is a studio, there is plenty of storage and we were very comfortable. We walked everywhere even though it was cold and the apartment was a warm place to come back to throughout the day. We would definitely stay there again if we get back to Prague someday.

Perfect position!

The apartment is very perfectly located , it's near to every Prague's point of interest. We didn't see John but we was in contact with him trough email, and he is very kind and helpful! The apartment is comfortable for 2 people but something wasn't very clean. It's perfect for short staying in Prague because it's permit to visit all the most important things! I would reccomend it
