1730 square feet to sprawl out and enjoy your vacation. Guests love this home. 760 Ocean Blvd is located in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from the beach. It's beautifully landscaped and gated. The master bedroom is on the ocean side with a balcony for enjoying the view or leaving the doors open to hear the waves crash. There is a balcony off of the living room on the ocean side as well. The condo offers a great kitchen, large laundry room, and the second bedroom and bath are equally as large as the master. With a pool and within walking distance of the Village and restaurants. Less than 0.1 Miles to Beach

The condo is on the 2nd floor and is accessible by Elevator. Includes Wireless Internet.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy.

Great location

Loved the location and the size of the condo. Can walk to town which was a huge advantage and public beach is just across the street. Complex had a pool but very small and nowhere to lay out. Neighborhood is great, very peaceful and quiet. Beach view is fantastic.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We love staying at this condo because of the location, layout and price !! Could not ask for a better Beach Stay when going to St Simons ! It’s not a huge building so the pool is never crowded! The beach access and area is not crowded as well and we love that too!

Wonderful Spot to take a break!

Went down to the ocean with friends for a quick break and had a wonderful time. Condo was clean, neat, and comfortable. The location cannot be beat. Lots of room and loved having the washer dryer. We will be visiting again soon!

Lovely stay

Our condo was very nice, clean and had nice view of the ocean.It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was somewhat busy when we were there in may but was getting much more crowded the day we left. This is a lovely island but does not have much beach and the tides come during the day to the large rock in some areas so you have to be careful when you go out on the beach.

Perfect stay

Took my parents for this visit and the condo was perfection. Very spacious, quiet, and so nice that we could take our little dog. The only problem we ran into was the TV in the main area would only allow streaming. Such a tiny problem but my dad wanted to watch golf. I will book this one again!

Condo on St Simons

Spacious condo; furnishings somewhat dated but comfortable. Very clean. Convenient parking and elevator.Nice neighborhood with open ocean view. We would rent again. Please replace the primary bedroom carpet— it detracts from the overall attractiveness of the condo!

Ideal Beach Condo

Beautifully decorated condo with great beach view from large balcony . Able to see large ships cruise by and hear the ocean waves. Lovely tree lined street. A great location to beach ...short walk to village shops and restaurants. The write up on Vrbo said pool not working but it was.

Love this location

We had a great time at this condo. It is a great location with a great view. The condo is very nice however just a couple of things to be aware of. The mattress in the master bedroom is super soft and I don’t like that. I woke up with a back ache every morning. There were only 4 hangers to hang up clothes. The kitchen dishes snd gadgets were limited so be aware if you need specific gadgets you might want to bring them. Oh and bring a dish cloth for washing dishes. There was none. These are certainly minor issues. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Summer 2023 vacation

Absolutely perfect vacation. Wonderful ocean views and breeze from balcony. Unit was large and comfortable. Had everything thing we needed. Just a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Rented a golf cart and explored the island. All the local restaurants were absolutely wonderful, wonderful small town feel. Saw dolphins from the beach, pier was close by. Couldn't have asked for more. St. Simons is the best. 2nd time in this rental and will definitetly rent again. Pet friendly which is a must. Five stars.....beautiful location..

Yes, the property is right across from the beach and blocks from town, however, it needs serious furniture update and the bedroom carpets are filthy. The price was reasonable, I guess because many things need to be replaced. Wouldn’t stay again.

We were so surprised at how large it is, we loved the layout and it had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, including the pullout sleeper sofa. Nice to have covered parking and it the location is very convenient - very short walk to the beach and just a quick drive to everything. We will definitely consider this place again!

Very nice but the beds

Spacious, clean, lovely condo. Master bath exceptional. Large size w/d. Both beds and all pillows very uncomfortable. If you plan to cook bring your own knives. Only 2 full-size glasses. View of ocean limited but enough to enjoy from balcony and close enough to hear the waves. Didn't discover until the day we were leaving that we needed to enter the door code to lock the door when departing. Nice feature, actually, we just didn't know about it.

A bad experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a disappointment. The air conditioning did not work for most of my two day stay in AUGUST. I had to stay up the first not trying to defrost the frozen unit. The second day was unbearable until a air conditioning repairman came to examine the a/c system. The filter was so dirty it was causing the unit to malfunction. On top of that, the drain in the master shower was clogged causing me to have to stand in dirty water. A shame. The owner did not offer a discount even after my bad experience.

Not what we expected or paid for

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked out from unit #202 this morning. We left unopened bottles of 7-up and water and truly in the refrigerator as we thought someone could use them.I emailed the property manager as well as HomeAway with photos attached to substantiate our review.I've attached several photos so you can see the condition of this unit #202 when we came into it last Tuesday 10/30/18.The ceiling fan in the master, we told you about and you said a handyman wouldn't get to it until the day we left. One picture shows part of the pull chain was in a basket on the dresser in the master bedroom. So this was not a new issue. The curtains and rods that were either broken or not attached.The sheets on the bed that were frayed along the outside seam.The remote in the master bedroom with no cover on it.The dust that was on the dining room table and chairs that hadn't been cleaned.The unit that was supposed to be clean...I've attached a photo of the living room...under the couch. A french fry that's been under the couch for who knows how long.The patio screens that were on the patio, leaning against the wall. You did send someone out to put these on, which was appreciated. But, he left the broken wheels on the counter in the kitchen.Obviously, the bed which we put a memory foam topper on. We realize mattress firmness or softness is a matter of personal preference. When I went into the laundry room, there were spots on the floor and wall that looked like pizza sauce. So, the unit really hadn't been cleaned. This unit just doesn't seem to be cared for by the unit owner or that they're getting by with the bare minimum for a rental at the price point that we paid.
