Ming 1 is a spacious three-bedroom unit that exudes an ambiance of luxury. Attention to detail prevails. Located at 236 Marine Parade, on ground level and adjacent to Kingscliff's Dreamtime Beach and parkland, the unit not only lends itself to families with children but also those requiring easy access.

Comfortable bedding in personalized bedrooms (1 x queen bed, 1 x double bed and the third with 2 x extra long single beds) with linen supplied, not only ensures a totally relaxing holiday but also an incentive to return! Complimentary vanity packs are provided in all bedrooms. Both bathrooms boast optional rain showers, heated towel rails and deep baths.

Ming 1 has a comprehensively equipped kitchen - the granite benchtops, ice-maker and Miele appliances are a chef's delight. The dining and lounge areas are furnished with quality pieces and decor to match. Laundry (Miele appliances) and guest powder room are separate rooms.

Additional features include: Free Wi-Fi - Wireless internet access; High definition Smart TV; Use your own subscriptions for streaming services such as Netflix from your compatible device as necessary; Network Blu-ray DVD, selections of DVDs and CDs, BBQ, reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. Secure double basement parking and a service elevator (luggage and goods, not people) to facilitate access between the basement and your unit.

Boutique-style holiday facility:

A simultaneous booking of both Ming 1 on the ground floor and Ming 3 with four bedrooms (HA AU 9073025) above it, provides a perfect, boutique-style facility for family reunions and sporting groups.

The facilities and floor plan of the apartments lend themselves to this function, both being on the northern side of the building with their own private entrance. Used in this way guests appreciate the proximity of the apartments to one another and their privacy both from each other and outside.

Needless to say, booking the Rooftop Entertainment Lounge described below completes the package.

Booking the Rooftop Entertainment Lounge on the top floor is an optional extra for a single payment of $355. Located here are a pool/table tennis table, bar, TV with Chrome caster and DVD player. Bifold doors open to a spacious deck and spectacular ocean and marine parkland views.

Beautiful apartment and Perfect location

This was our third stay at the Ming apartments. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, clubs. Fronts onto parkland with beach access. Apartment had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean apartment with onsite parking. Thank you Philippa.

Excellent Apartment

This is a very spacious, clean, airy and comfortable place to stay. We liked that the bedrooms were all quite separate from the living area. It is well appointed and has a large outdoor dining area with great barbecue. It is across the road from parkland and beach and a 20 minute walk from the shops and cafes. We will definitely return.

Ming 1 is a beautiful, spacious apartment directly opposite the beach. We would love to rebook in the future. Both Philippa and the property managers were easily contactable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great place for family

We stayed in one unit for a family wedding. Spacious, relaxing modern unit. Home away from home. Good location, a 15min easy walk to the main street and the beach and park across the road. We really enjoyed our stay here. Phillipa was so accommodating as we had to postpone due to Covid and very responsive when asked questions and advice.

Perfect place to gather with family

Very comfortable for my elderly parents. Although large walk in showers, note that there are no grab rails and only stair access from garage. Easy access however from front street to our ground floor apartment. Well appointed.oved our 4 night stay.

Great well presented roomy unit

Our party of 5 had a great few days in Ming 1. It is a very well presented and spacious unit with everything you need for a short or a long stay. The owner has set the unit up very well with lots of information to help make your stay more comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely unit in a beautiful location.

We had a great time at the beach which is directly opposite the unit and enjoyed the family time spent at the well appointed unit. Plenty of space for separate couples to maintain privacy and share an ample common space for socialising. Thank you for our time spent here.

Perfect

Our family rented Apartment 1 and 3 consequtively and everything was lovely. Very spacious and comfortable even for 7 people and a toddler.. Heaps of wardrobes and everything you'd need in way of kitchen appliances etc. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Good location close to beach and lovely park and playground. The baggage lift was great. Takes luggage to right inside the apartment. Andrew and all the staff at Kingscliff Sales & Rentals were very helpful. Secure parking. I don't think you could go better.

Outstanding location, high quality accommodation

Kingscliff is a great location and the accommodation is perfectly located on Marine Parade and with the beach directly across the road. The Ming Apartments are very comfortable, well cared for and with high quality fixtures and appliances. It is very spacious and perfect for families. Our stay in Jan 2016 had perfect weather as well.

Terrific property

Our stay at Ming property was very enjoyable. Spacious, modern appliances & great location. King or queen bed in master would have been a better choice. Overall I'd highly recommend staying here.
