Hazards View residence is a new and modern, self contained holiday retreat located on the hill in the beautiful Swanwick area of Coles Bay.
The house has a spacious, light and airy open plan kitchen/dining area, lounge room with soaring cathedral ceiling and family room with a flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. There are sliding doors that open out to a large sunny deck that enjoys expansive views of the green hilly countryside and the famous Hazard Mountains.
There is also another very cosy deck facing the backyard which contains the BBQ and outdoor furniture.There is long hallway connecting the three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has a bunk bed only suitable for children and a separate single bed. There are two toilets, one of which is in the large and bright bathroom which also includes the laundry.

Off street parking, gas BBQ and outdoor setting on the deck, fully equipped kitchen, high chair, books and magazines, TV, CD/DVD player, baby cot, bedding supplied, boat ramp nearby.
Please bring your own linen and towels or linen and bath towels can be provided for an additional fee.
Pets are not permitted upon the property.
Activities
When staying at this property you can enjoy a great number of activities. You can discover Sandpiper Beach which is behind the hill and within a short walking distance from the house. Close to the beach are grass covered sand dunes, beautifully sculptured rocks and mountain views on the horizon.
During the evenings you can sit on the front deck, enjoy amazing sunsets and listen to the waves from behind the hill.
If you are an enthusiastic golf player, nearby is a beautifully maintained scenic Golf course.
A short drive will take you to the prominent Freycinet National Park where you will experience places that you will never forget. You will be able to appreciate and enjoy the local wildlife, rugged mountains, breathtaking beaches and some of the most spectacular coastal scenery in Australia. This is a unique and precious spot with stunning natural surroundings. Freycinet National Park is a place of true beauty, a quintessential Tasmanian landscape.
Possible activities include bushwalking, climbing, snorkling, diving and fishing.
