About this property

Perfect for Families. Short walk to beach and Cowes township!

The perfect home away from home, The Island Beach House is situated at the end of a quiet court, comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 air-conditioned/heated living areas. All the bedrooms have built in robes and enough room to sleep 8 to 10 people. The main bedroom has walk in robe, ensuite and TV. A porta-cot and high chair also available for younger families.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including a dishwasher and nespresso coffee machine.

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. There is an iron, ironing board and outdoor clothes line aswell.

The lounge room and separate living area have Plasma TVs, BluRay/DVD players and a Wii and playstation to keep the kids amused. Some games are provided including a Wii Fit and Guitar Hero. Both living areas have reverse cycle air conditioning.

Free WiFi included.

The deck with BBQ and outdoor setting overlooks the fenced garden so parents can relax inside or out whilst the kids burn off energy outside.

The playground you can see out of the front windows is perfect for keeping the kids entertained and the cows out the back are an added bonus for your next family holiday!

The remote controlled double garage provides plenty of room for your motor bikes, jet-ski, boat, cars or bikes!

It was clean and good for a short stay. Close to the beach too. Dishwasher wasn't working and no heating in the bedrooms- was chilly.

Pristine Property in Cowes
We loved our stay in Ilona’s beautiful home. Everything was in excellent condition and the home is a short distance to the centre of Cowes. We highly recommend you stay in this property. You won’t be disappointed!

Feed the cowes each morning , the dog was fasicnated ,we just lived in the front of the house, great park at the back of the house . Like most places on the Island , shower has no pressure Front has Four Steps & No Hand Rail, which made it hard for my wife But we would be happy to use this house any time

Spot on location, all we needed.
A great spot with all the amenities you could require. Grandchildren loved it, so did we with everything on your doorstop. Beach, Koalas, Penguins, Antarctica, Farm and the use of local swimming pools.

The perfect getaway!
Clean, neat and tidy, this home presented well and was super warm and cosy. The layout was perfect as we went with multiple families and everyone had their own room and space. Perfectly located within walking distance to shops, it was great for our morning walk to breakfast. Could not fault the communication and home, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful place

Very good
It's quite tidy property and have spacious room for 5 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. The owner is very thoughtful, you could get anything you want: Coffee machine, Wii, Playstation and cards……and location is good, it's close to everything. Definitely will come back again. Only one suggestion: if there were wifi, people will enjoy more and never leave your property :-)

Great family holiday home
A very relaxing stay. We were a family of 8, with 2 children under 5 and there was so much room for all of us to relax and enjoy our break in Phillip Island. Set back in a nice and quiet court location, this home was clean and modern, spacious and very accommodating. The home cleverly has two living areas, so that the kids can make a bit of noise in one part of the home, whilst you enjoy peace and quiet in the other half. The home is equipped with more then enough entertainment games and goodies to keep everyone distracted. The kitchen and meals area is very comfortable for a group of 8 people, with enough crockery and cutlery to accommodate. (Have been in holidays stays before where there is never enough of anything, even when stated). We even had cows visit us at the back fence in the morning, that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Everything that was needed for a great family summer stay. Very close to a wonderful park space and playground for young children to run and ride their bikes, a very short drive into Cowes main shopping strip, and close to a family friendly beach. There is absolutely nothing to fault with our stay. It was great! We frequent Phillip Island, and this has to be one of the best places we've stayed. Would highly recommend to families. We hope to visit again. (January 2016)

no fault at all... impeccable accommodation.
Absolutely amazing!! Loved our stay here... Couldn't want for anything. All 4 of our kids were catered for from age 3-14 yrs. Kitchen was better equipped than our own. Area was quiet and peaceful but still only minutes from all Phillip island has to offer...highly recommended!

Ilona was very friendly and helpful each time I contacted her prior to our stay to ask questions etc. Would highly recommend this house anytime. We'll be back for sure!!
