Maloneys Beach House - pet friendly and directly opposite Maloneys beach

One of the most sought after locations in Maloneys Beach. It provides a safe swimming spot for the kids, this two storey beach house has it all for you. 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, lounge room, rumpus room, 3 bathrooms, ramp access, outdoor shower, and a huge back yard.

Bring your dog, as this property is pet friendly with fully enclosed backyard, as well a lockable enclosure for your dog.

An enclosed balcony at the front of the property with those wonderful views can be enjoyed and at the back of the house is the second deck overlooking the backyard. Just walk out your front door and you will be on the spectacular Maloneys Beach. There is also boat parking at the side of the house with gates that can open allowing to park the boat off the street.

This property provides High Speed Internet WiFi and Foxtel for those rainy days but hopefully you will be too busy at the beach.

Batemans Bay with great shopping and restaurants is only a short drive away so no need to hurry, take your time and enjoy your holiday.

Maloneys Beach is a flat suburb so bring the bikes so you can ride around the area, or go mountain biking in the Murrumarang national park located just behind Maloneys Beach Drive. You can swim, kayak or fish at Maloneys Beach. There is also a great barbeque area out the back for you to use. Everything is at your doorstep!

Combined with the outdoor areas there is plenty of space to get away when you're not at the beach. There is a modern kitchen with everything you need to cook up a banquet, or you may prefer to sit out the back and fire up the barbeque. Having heating and air-conditioning, you will be able to escape the heat in summer and keep toasty warm in winter.

BEDROOMS Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed). The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, Bedroom 2 also a Queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a set of single bunks. Bedroom 4 has a double bed. BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY: The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet located upstairs. The ensuite provides a toilet and shower, and downstairs another bathroom with toilet and shower just off the bedroom. The laundry is downstairs off the garage all with internal access.

OUTSIDE: There are two decks; a very large one that runs the length of the home and is enclosed at the front for your protection with beautiful views out to the ocean. And a back deck looking over the back-yard. There is a large enclosed yard where you can play ball games with family and also an extra enclosed area for your pets.

PETS: This property is a pet friendly property; pets are to be kept strictly outside only. Please pickup & dispose of all animal waste. Extra charges may apply for cleaning, damages or deodorising of the property.

Overall was what we were all after great place to celebrate my brother turning 40 and it all went to plan as it was a surprise only negative I have is cleaners need to do a better job didn’t like having to clean the house before we enjoyed it

The house was just perfect for what we wanted. Big enough to sleep lots, 3 bathrooms, ocean views, off road parking. We were absolutely impressed it had everything we needed. There was only one downside to our stay, it stated there was a futon downstairs for one couple, but there was no futon, so they had to be separated into different roons in bunk beds

Fabulous property for a family friendly gathering catering for everyone’s needs. The seperate flat downstairs provides a great parents retreat. Facilities in the house are terrific. 5 stars!

Location was excellent. However house needs some maintenance - second TV not working and gate to backyard broken. BBQ not clean. Would have expected more in the way of basic supplies for the amount paid - 3 rolls of toilet paper for 8 guests! Also found the need to take or hire all linen inconvenient - details given for linen hire out of date.

Amazing! Perfect family getaway.
We had an amazing stay here. 8 adults, we all had our own space, everything was comfortable and clean. An abundance of kitchen accessories for big dinners and the table tennis downstairs was a highlight! Such a quick walk to the beach, perfect for my elderly mother to get to and from the water. Would love to stay again in the future!

Winter getaway
We loved it! Had everything we needed, even for the 2 dogs. We fished, swam and enjoyed the weather especially during winter. This was a nice break for my family and my sister's famiy and was very accomodating for our brother who is recoving from a hip replacement. Thank you. Will come again.

The property was brilliantly located overlooking the beach and so convenient to the National Park.
Great location. Wonderful for swimming walking cycling. Sitting in the covered verandah was a great joy with a view to die for. House very comfortable with everything to make the holiday carefree and relaxing.

Excellent location. The ocean view never gets old!
The house is very spacious and enough furniture for a comfy stay accommodating 4 adults and 6 kids. The outdoor enclosed balcony is great to sit out and suited us well as it rained most of the days, so it was nice to have a view of the ocean. The kitchen and dining room were sufficient for our stay. The house is outdated but this didn't bother us as we were looking for a comfortable and spacious house close to the beach (directly opposite) and it did not dissappoint. The owners are very responsive and provided great assistance. Having an outdoor hot shower is great to wash of the sand. We hiked along the Acheron Trail to Reef Point and was an easy walk with 2 toddlers. Lots of kangaroos everywhere. Local cafe is a 5 min walk and the owner bakes everything. Would love to visit again.

Excellent property for family an friends - 1 minute walk to the beach and great walk along the beach and headland. Communication a major issue had to contact owner to find out about house. Once contacted very responsive. Agent for home provided information only 3 days before booking and none of the links worked ( very disappointing)

Great extended family getaway
We enjoyed our stay, listening to the waves crash on the beach was soothing to fall asleep to. I had invited my children, partners & grandchildren for a nice weekend away & the property suited us perfectly. We visited the local Mogo Zoo on our stay & would recommend it. The house was spacious enough to accommodate us all & the fenced off yard was great for the little ones. This place truly has everything you need for a pleasant time away from home.

Lovely place in a quiet beaching suburb.
Well equipped home that easily housed the extended family for a short trip. Lovely views from the sun room with easy beach access. Great spot to enjoy with the dog as well.

Something for everyone in and around the house. Good and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of beds. Three toilets/bathrooms in good hygienic condition. What else do you need...!? But... but most importantly, the location, not five, TEN stars. Low traffic, kangaroos, kids friendly beach, certainly with supervision, close proximity to Batemans Bay. Just sit on the balcony, relax, you may get a feeling that the ‘world’ is yours...

This property was in a fantastic position, unacceptably filthy.
Great property for a family holiday, fantastic location and facilities, well equipped kitchen . The property is poorly maintained. I understand it is difficult to keep clean exterior windows at the beach however the windows on the inside of windows were filthy as were the floors and skirting boards and furniture. As required, we supplied our own linen, however mattress protectors and doona covers (that are supplied) were stained and obviously not laundered prior to our arrival. I would expect fresh doona covers and mattress protectors. I did inform the agent of the state of the property when returning the key, with little response. We would love to stay at this property again but cleanliness is a deterrent.
