Simply unlock the door, relax, and enjoy in this cozy cathedral ceiling 3 bedroom cottage, including a large master bedroom with 55" flat screen Smart TV featuring suite with jet tub, glass shower and walk in closet and with a 6 person and 4 speaker Bluetooth audio system hot tub a on beautiful recreational waterfront cottage on Lake Nipissing.

The cottage is located about 3/4 hours from Toronto/GTA, ~18 minutes from Callander, ~25 minutes from North Bay, and 5 minutes from the Young South-Shore local center and liquor store.

This 4-season 2,000 sq. ft. executive cottage has been designed for relaxation, comfort and privacy.
Cottage has great deal of rustic appeal offering open concept living, dining, and entertaining space, all while enjoying a million $ view of Lake Nipissing.

The living and dining room areas are ideal for entertaining and family get together. The living room has a sectional 6 pieces couch with 65" flat screen Smart TV, and DVD Player. On rainy days you can enjoy watching movie together using Netflix or blue ray / DVD collection provided for you or play Dart Board, Nintendo Switch, Wii, and board games.

Expansive 2 acres flat grassy lawns, composite deck, cedar dock and beach provide excellent play space for kids and games.

Lake Nipissing is the great place for the water sports, including Kayaking, Jet Skiing, Boating, Paddleboarding, and Fishing (catching walleye, pike, muskie, perch and bass)!

*Please note no RV(s) and tent(s) are allowed on the property.

Beautiful getaway!
The property is huge and amazing, being situated on the waterfront, you can walk out on the dock and fish while you watch the sun set. The grounds are big and has ample room for kids and pets to run & play. We had a blast on the trampoline, and after getting our heart rate up, we relaxed in the jacuzzi. The house is large too and fully equipped with everything that a normal home would have. The king bed in the Master bedroom gave us restful sleep after an exciting and fun filled day. Thank you Elena for being the most terrific host and for being so accommodating. My family enjoyed every moment. I would definitely recommend!!

What an amazingly well equipped cottage! Having rented many VRBO places around the world, this is one of the best. The kitchen is very large and has everything you need including, chef knives, a keurig, panini press, and ninja chef blender. The beds are comfortable with decent pillows and linens. So many games, both board and video, for adults and children. The host Elena is very responsive if you have questions. The property is stunning and we never tired of staring out at the beautiful lake or sitting around a campfire at night. Everyone enjoyed getting out on the kayaks and exploring the lake. The town is close by with excellent restaurants and a beautiful little spa if you are looking for services. Thank you Elena for renting out such a beautiful property. We will definitely return!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The cottage is very clean and modern. The view and the lake are amazing. We appreciated all the extra touches that Elena provided. The kayaks, SUP, and pedal boat were great. My family enjoyed using them on the lake. The hot tub was a great bonus.

Perfect vacation at the lake!
This cottage did not disappoint! It was a wonderful relaxing vacation at the lake. From reading and napping on the hammock, playing on the lake, exploring in the kayaks, paddle boarding and nightly dips in the hot tub, this was the perfect getaway to relax and rejuvenate! Everything we needed was provided and the hosts even left a few treats! I can’t express how pleased I was with the location and everything that was available during our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect lake getaway
Elena’s property was wonderful and exceeded our expectations! My husband and I were looking for a relaxing lake vacation with our 2 dogs and this was the perfect spot. The home is well-equipped to host larger families. Things we found exceptional: - incredibly comfortable mattress and bed linens - lots of towel sets - we’ll equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook, open concept space with beautiful lake views, gas grill that was well maintained - dock where we could easily pull up with a rented pontoon boat - large yard where the dogs could play, trees provide privacy from neighbors - reliable Internet, good satellite television package and smart TVs with all streaming apps - really comfortable couch in family room that will seat a large group. Grocery stores and hiking are close by as well.

Best. Week. Ever.
If you are looking to relax, unwind, and spend quality time with your family and friends, this is the place to go. The house is modern and well kept, supplying every amenity one might want or need. Elena, the host, is quick to reply to questions and is very knowledgeable about the area. While we had beautiful weather and spent most of our time paddle boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and hot tubbing (all supplied), there is plenty to do inside if weather doesn’t cooperate, and the wifi is strong enough for working from “home”. We will definitely be back!

This is a gem of a vacation destination. Nothing but fabulous memories of a relaxing time with my family. The host went above and beyond providing opportunities for enjoyment and relaxation. From amenities in the cottage to providing details of near by attractions. The sunset across the the lake is awesome. Great place for a winter get away. Can't wait to go back in the summer.

Amazing waterfront winter escape. Quiet, peaceful, endless sunsets.
My husband, senior dog and I spent a week in December unwinding at Elena's beautiful cottage. The property is truly breathtaking and we could not get enough of watching the weather change and glorious sunsets every night from the extremely comfy sectional recliners sofa. The property is exactly as advertised and pictured, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, the comfortable linens and towels, the wood fireplace. Every detail has been thought of and we felt so welcomed and did not want to leave. The kitchen is large, fully equipped with anything you'd need, a huge island, we enjoyed making meals every day, watching the wildlife from the large lake-facing windows. We cannot wait to return.

Lovely hidden gem that wasn’t far from where we live ❤️
We absolutely loved our stay here. We have nothing to say but good things about this property. It’s perfect for family as well as small groups. My husband and I managed to finally have a few days alone with no children and was absolutel heaven. Sad to have to leave and wasn’t long enough. We are hopefully going to book a family vacation here in the near future if available. The owners of the property were wonderful. Everything was provided except what we were told we had to bring. We loved every moment of our time spent together at the cottage. Thank you for Being a wonderful host. So glad we had a chance to enjoy your piece of heaven

Spent a week enjoying the view of the lake and the islands at the edge of the bay. Cottage was clean and well equipped for our stay. Made use of their bikes and kayaks almost daily. Also tried a new trail in the general area every day. Was a great break. Appreciated the easy communication with owner.
