Modern 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms [ensuite & main bathroom], large outdoor decking area with huge BBQ, fantastic childrens area with cubby house & sand pit. Huge enclosed yard [1.5m fence]. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hydronic heating, split system air conditioner ,wood fire heater, TV'S, stereo, Blu Ray.

We had a great time, everything you need is there, it's a very comfortable house, well appointed. Great location, 10 minutes to main street of Barwon Heads.

We enjoyed our stay at Barwon Bliss Beach House. It was well situated with a short walk to shops and beaches. Kids enjoyed the space and parents appreciated it being fully fenced. Very comfortable home it ticked all the boxes for us. 😊🏖️

Barwon bliss lives up to it name

This property was perfect, very clean and spacious. We went to Barwon for our daughter’s wedding. The house was perfect walking distance to everything. You could easily have 2 families stay here. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful holiday home with us

We had a fabulous time at Barwon Bliss! The house is so well set out and has everything you could need. It was the perfect location for family birthday. The kids absolutely loved the cubby. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable house with great facilities and location. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable couches for relaxing. Convenient location that is just a stroll to the main street and waterfront.

Great location, great place

Very clean, great size and location. Walk to shops and ozone pier/beach. Well equipped kitchen and great deck to enjoy afternoon/evening sun. Only things to note is cubby is open on one side so not great for toddlers - but is as shown on photos and our primary aged kids loved it! And bunks are suited more to kids than adults. Overall a great stay and would book again.

Needs some attention

Barwon Bliss was close to town and spacious. Unfortunately the first thing you see when you walk in is a stained couch. Cleanliness of the bathrooms definitely needs attention as there is mould and the drains smelt bad, REALLY bad. It stunk out the whole house. Play equipment was quite worn and covered in spiderwebs. A few of the lights throughout the house didn’t work. Kitchen was fine and the sliding door to shut off the lounge/kitchen area to the bedrooms was great. Keypad entry was also very convenient. With a bit of maintenance and TCL this could be a nice property.

Perfect family getaway

My family and I stayed here in February and it was such a lovely break. My daughter loved the toys and getting to sleep in the bunkbed! There was a travel cot which was so handy as we didn't need to pack one! The location was great and there were lots of things to do in the area. Check in was so easy and we had no issues with our stay. Great place for a family or a group of friends with plenty of space.

Not as expected

Many aspects of the property were dissapointing, the outdoor sandpit and cubby house were not safe or hygienic for children to play in and should not be added as a feature in the photos or description. The cleanliness of the property was also dissapointing, with broken, dirty old toys and dishes that were not washed properly. The beds and rooms were comfortable. Overall wasn't happy with the accommodation for young families.

Surprise package

Excellent place to stay. We stayed with friends and kids, we really loved our stay at this property. Great outdoor space for entertaining adults and kids. The house was clean and well equipped. Photos don’t do justice, the place looks better than on photos, at least when we found this property.
