3 star sailor´s gite in Paimpol 100 m from the harbour and 500 m from the beach.

On the Goëlo coast, It is 100 m away from the Paimpol harhour, Cité des Islandais and Terre-Neuvas, some 500 m from the Tossen beach and 3 km from Arcouest: Sorbonne beach, Landing stage for Bréhat Island. I was a sailor and after my fourth world tour went on the African adventure with my wife, I decided to set up base in Paimpol with my family with a view to return to the French mainland, before setting off again for French Polynesia.This is as well as the Gîte de Marin, after 5 round the world trips, this dream was laid down in the hamlet, for an indeterminable amount of time. This was before setting off again, on a new journey, always with my heart in mind...
This is this house´s story, that we propose today for your potential trip.
No need to bring a car if this be your wish, or on the other hand the accommodation is a good base to cross Paimpol and its surrounds, the gite is 3 stars 100 m away from all shops, restaurants...30 km from the Coast of Granite Rose, 15 km from St Quay Portieux

The sailor´s gite in Paimpol: holiday home 100 m from the harbour and the shops of the cité des Islandais and 500 m from a sandy beach, on the Goëlo coast on the Côtes d'Armor for 4 people
3 stars and considered a holiday rental in 2012 on the Côtes d'Armor in a calm residential area.
The house is on a 90 sq.m plot: cuisine with dishwasher, refrigerator, multifunction oven, extractor fan, 2 burners,
2 induction hob, microwave, electric coffee maker and food processor, toaster, pressure cooker,
pots and crockery.

Sejour à paimpol

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte très bien tenu et très agreable. L'emplacement est parfait, la maison sans reproches, les hôtes très sympathiques. Rien à dire si ce n'est d'y revenir.

Belle maison idéalement située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison de Paimpol, à la fois calme et à deux pas du centre animé et du port. Tout était propre et en parfait état; les pièces sont fonctionnelles et joliment décorées; la literie est très confortable et le joli jardin calme et fleuri est idéal pour se reposer. Nos hôtes nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et nous ont prodigué d'excellents conseils pour nos visites dans la région. Bref, un sans faute :)

Schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus un exzellenter Lage

Großes Haus mit 5 Zimmern und schöner Garten machten viel Freude. Die Küche war auch gut eingerichtet, der Wintergarten abends sehr nützlich. Das Haus hatte Bad mit 2 Duschen, eine davon war aber nur in der engen Badewanne nutzbar, dagegen nur ein WC. Dennoch sehr gut für 4 Erwachsene geeignet. Ruhige innenstadt- und hafennahe Lage, gutes touristisches Informationsmaterial im Hause. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich!

tout simplement parfait !

Nous étions trois adultes et avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine dans cette grande maison confortable, propre et joliement décorée. Rien ne manque pour profiter pleinement de ses vacances : armoires et grand dressing pour les vêtements, toute la vaisselle nécessaire pour cuisiner et cuire les crustacés, literie très confortable et d'une propreté impeccable, tout l'équipement pour profiter du jardin. Bien qu'à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre ville, où l'on trouve une très belle boulangerie, poissonniers, boucher et marché le mardi, on n'entend aucun bruit de circulation. La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir l'Abbaye et sa crêperie toute proche à ne pas manquer car les galettes et crêpes y sont délicieuses, l'Ile de Bréhat, les plages de Paimpol... Nous avons beaucoup aimé nous promener dans les rues de Paimpol avec ses jolies maisons si bien entretenues, ses magnifiques jardins fleuris, les murets en pierre ou courent paquerettes et fleurettes multicolores. Ce séjour d'une semaine a été vraiment très agréable et nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.

Un logis comme chez soi

Une charmante maison spacieuse dans laquelle rien ne manque.. des ustensiles de cuisine aux équipements de loisirs et de confort , tout est là. Propreté au top .bref le nec plus ultra .de plus la gentillesse des propriétaires n'est pas une légende.c'etait notre deuxième séjour chez eux...Merci mille fois.

Tolle Urlaubswochen in der Bretagne

Alles im Haus war so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es fehlte wirklich nichts, um einen entspannten Urlaub im Haus verleben zu können. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden vom Vermieter und seiner Ehefrau sehr nett empfangen und erhielten gleich eine Menge Informationen zum Haus und zum Ort. Die Lage ist toll - 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom schönen Hafen mit netter Gastronomie entfernt in einer absolut ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wenn‘ s passt, kommen wir sehr gern wieder.

Havre de paix en en centre ville

Charmante maison tout confort décorée avec beaucoup de goût, disposant d'un beau jardin aménagé. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et charmants. Le plus est de pouvoir se promener dans la ville où sur le sentier côtier sans prendre la voiture...

Maison au calme mais toute proche de la gare, du centre ville, du port. Les commerces sont tout à côté. Maison très propre, très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. Une excellente literie. Les propriétaires qui habitent dans une rue proche sont à la fois disponibles et discrets. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Jocelyne et Yvon-Pierre sont très accueillants. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante maison très bien située à Paimpol. Le jardin est également très bien entretenu. Nous reviendrons c'est sur.

Toller Urlaub in Paimpol

Wir haben uns in Paimpol und im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne haben wir den Garten und den Windfang genutzt. Noch ein großer Pluspunkt ist die ruhige Lage. Paimpol ist ebenfalls toll, wir konnten zu Fuß in das lebendige Örtchen gehen, entweder zum Einkaufen oder zum Essen. Von Paimpol aus kann man gut die Region erkunden. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus Gite de Marin liegt nahe am Zentrum von Paimpol in sehr ruhiger Lage. Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit war nicht ganz überzeugend, ist aber ausreichend für Ausflugsplanung. Für unsere Zwecke - eine Woche Urlaub mit unserem Sohn in der Bretagne - war dieses Haus eine ideale Unterkunft.

Maison très agréable et propriétaires très gentils!

On était à Paimpol pour des vacances pâques. Deux adultes et deux enfants de 12 et 15 ans. La maison est très grandes et tellement jolie. Le grand jardin lequel on n'a pas utilisé, est beau aussi. La région en générale est très beau. Nous Vous remercions pour ce merveilleux séjour. Si possible on va retourner.

Appartement propre, confortable et calme. Proche du centre ville on peut y aller à pieds. Beaucoup de magasins pour faire ses courses. Très bonne literie.Bien situé pour visiter la côte de granit ainsi que l'ile de Bréhat. Un petit jardin très agréable pour se reposer. Très bon accueil de Mr Le Bonniec. que je remercie pour les petites attentions, nous avons apprécié. Je recommande..

Lovely spacious gite in great location, ideal for exploring the area

A lovely gîte, much bigger than we were expecting from the website photos. Great outdoor space – a private garden with sun loungers, and the conservatory/walkway was a bonus for when the weather wasn’t quite pleasant enough to sit outside. The house itself was nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were especially comfortable and with lots of bedding options to suit the different possible weather conditions. Good amount of storage space, in the bedrooms for clothes, in the hall for shoes/coats etc. Super soft towels provided– always a nice luxury! Kitchen appliances looked quite new and were good quality – all manuals provided, which was useful. Only minor problem was that the water didn’t drain away from the kitchen sinks very well, even though we followed the owner’s advice to not use the taps and other appliances simultaneously (everywhere else seemed fine). But we bought a washing up bowl so we could collect it and then water the lovely garden with the waste water. Also, it was a bit annoying that the only toilet and the better shower were downstairs in the much smaller bathroom. The hosts took time to show us around when we arrived, and explain various things, which was appreciated. They also left a few treats and these went down well too! The property is on a quiet road, but still close enough to walk easily into Paimpol and with a super boulangerie very close by for morning croissants, and a large supermarket a few minutes’ drive away. Overall, a really nice property in a great location for exploring the area. The beach in Paimpol isn't great, but there are several nice ones a short-ish drive away (Binic, St Quay Portrieux and a bit further up the coast Perros Guirec). The Abbaye de Beauport was very enjoyable, as was a day trip to the Ile de Brehat.
