The Villa is located along the elevated hillside of Mont Jean overlooking Marigot. The property is based in the exclusive gated neighborhood of Mont Jean. This provides the villa with privacy and seclusion, as well as stunning 180-degree views. Enjoy the sunrise form the terrace as you sip on a fresh cup of coffee or slip into the silk waters of the infinity edge swimming pool. Youi can swim a few laps or simply relax and watch the boast sail along the Bay. Lounge out on the sun loungers or on the outdoor seating under the covered terrace. No matter where you are, soak in the views as the Caribbean breeze floats through the villa.

The architecture of Villa Nocean is classic Caribbean style, with whitewashed vaulted ceilings, white walls and large windows to flood the rooms with light and warmth. The main living area is open plan and encompasses the living and kitchen area into one large space. The glass walls of the living room can be opened so that this terrace merges seamlessly into the interior space. The living area includes comfortable sofas, and a large screen TV. The kitchen area behind it comes fully equipped for the duration of your stay. The dining area is located along the terrace, in a separate gazebo. This dining gazebo seats six guests and is a great spot to dine overlooking the pool and the Sea beyond.

As Villa Nocean can be rented as both a one or two-bedroom villa, it is very convenient for a couple on their honeymoon, two couples or a family with teenage children. The villa provides you with all you need for a luxurious and laid-back Caribbean Vacation overlooking the Sea.

THE BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The Villa has two bedrooms in total, both with private bathrooms. The two bedrooms are based on opposite sides of the main living area in the center of the property. Both rooms are equal in design with large wardrobes and glass doors that open onto the terrace. One of the bedrooms has the bathroom is outside the bedroom but set right in front of it, and in the other, the bathroom is fully en-suite.
