This waterfront retreat is your gateway to fun, fishing and relaxation on the renowned waters of Moses Lake!
We welcome you to enjoy beautiful sunsets from our families huge deck facing the water. Our home is situated on a one acre piece of land with a private boat cove on the lake just minutes away from a huge ORV park with sand Dunes usually only found at the ocean. The fiber optic network offers internet speeds that are lightning fast! Enjoy the great fishing just feet from this house and water sports galore! within miles of our home is a great water park that kids will love. The kitchen has all of the amenities you could want and more including tableware, cooking utensils, High-end stove & oven, microwave oven, Electric skillet, KitchenAid Mixer, Blender, toaster, dishwasher and a huge Dining table with two leaves. The Dining area contains a 140" powered projection screen, Sound bar and a multimedia Smart projector equipped with Android smart media. You can utilize this projector to Cast your presentation from your laptop,. insert USB media or SD media into the projector, or Bluetooth cast from your smart phone. The living room has a large Couch, a sleeper loveseat and a power reclining home theater chair. A 65" 4K Ultra HD smart TV and 4K Blue Ray DVD player. Three bedrooms, one with bunk beds with full size memory foam on the bottom, twin on top and Full size trundle. The second room is lake facing with a memory foam Queen size bed and a single convertible sleeper chair. Both rooms have 1080p Smart TV's. The main bathroom is full size with tub/shower. The master bedroom has a King size bed, sleeper chair and a private bathroom equipped with a jetted tub and separate shower. This house also has a full size washer and dryer for your added convenience. Enjoy comfort no matter the weather with the central forced air heating and air conditioning. The nearby Highway does cause some noise that is audible on the deck and a mere whisper at one end of the house. To implement our no-contact check-in and also to do the most that we can to protect your vehicles and belongings during your stay we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the house and at the dock area. These cameras have no visibility into any interior part of the home. Any security devices in the house are passive only meaning no audio or video.

It was a great property. The location to the city and is pretty good. It is right next to I-90 and that makes some road noise, but that isn’t too bad to deal with.

Perfect for pets and kids

It felt like a safe place that was fully fenced for pets, children and our toys. Beds were comfortable and inside was a clean space. We were able to cook comfortably and do laundry as needed. Hosts were good at providing timely responses

Waterfront Retreat

Great place to check out of your busy life. Loved spending mornings with coffee down at the lake. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the view. Evening skies were beautiful from the deck. Kitchen very well stocked for preparing meals. While I only used one bedroom, all three are of good size and the master bed was very comfortable!

All you need for a Moses Lake get away.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property owners responded immediatley to our questions. The property was fully gated. We had all the amenities we needed. Coffee, Tea and spices etc. Linen closet full of extra clean linens. Plenty of sitting room in the living/dining area. The Beds/pillows were comfortable and clean. Loved the fact that we could leave our boat at the doc. And loved that there was power down at the dock and plenty room to park our trailer and truck. We did'nt use the fire pit, but there were a few logs there. Convenient boat launch "Montlake Park" about a mile away.

The property is so peaceful, very convenient location. All amenities were great, soap, shampoo all kitchen tools etc. The host is great and very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this place for a family vacation as well.

Lake side vacation

Sunsets on the back dock with 180° lake view. Perfect location to take your boat. Park your boat over nite at the dock. Power at the dock to charge your batteries. Beds are comfortable and plenty amenities to keep you comfortable. I always enjoy my stay here. Ill be back again for our annual fishing trip.

Disappointed Travelers

The house is in a great location. The listing for the house said there was a jetted tub. It does not work. This is one of the reasons we booked this house. In the main house bathroom the shower head will not stay in position. It kept swinging to one direction and had to be held with one hand to complete rinsing off. The deck has areas that are rotten and if you happen to step on it, you run the risk of going through it. The gate that goes from the deck to the driveway sags so much you have to lift it up to be able to latch it. They indicate that you can go swimming. There is so much goose and duck poop everywhere that it is impossible to walk down to the dock without getting your feet / shoes covered. The table on the deck was so dirty that we could not use it. The shower in the master bedroom has mold around the door. They have a nice big TV and four remotes to operate it. But don't offer any instructions on how to use them. We picked up cigarette butts that were laying around the driveway, we put them in one of the garbage can in the house. No one in my party smoked in the house. But they are now saying we left cigarette butts in the house. and are going to charge me many hundreds for cleaning. A pet friendly house. We paid a pet deposit, and now they are saying there is dog hair in the house and they had to have a Hypoallergenic cleaning done. What was the pet deposit for? Beware! They ran my card without my permission.

Only real complaint is that it is two houses from freeway. We were unaware. Too cold to use any outside facilities but they looked great. However, being from a quiet country setting, not sure I'd want to sit on deck and study traffic? Otherwise perfectly suitable.

Family Returning from South Korea

I did not stay at the property, but my son, who is in the army, and his family stayed there with their dog. They had just returned from South Korea, where he was stationed, and this was his home base, to be able to see us and his sister and family before they had to head to their new duty station. He had to leave sooner than we expected and the host was very understanding about it. They said they were very happy with their temporary home. Thank you for your kindness.

Fun Family Getaway on the Water

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at Moses Lake. We had a great experience at this family-friendly home on the water. The kids and dogs loved roaming around the large yard and hanging out on the dock. It was a perfect place to relax after fun days at the Moses Lake golf courses. We'll stay here again!

I lived in many different places due to the nature of my fathers work but always considered Moses Lake my home town and anchor. My Grandparents moved to Moses Lake in 1952 and were well known in the community. From 1956 until 1986 they owned and ran The Greyhound bus depot and family restaurant where most of our family worked as well as myself from the young age of 7. My fondest memories are of my time spent working and playing in Moses Lake. Boating, fishing swimming and playing around at the dunes. Growing up in a family of business owners I feel I have a strong grasp on what is needed for my house guests to have a positive and memorable experience. I have one mantra and that is "Always be improving".

We price our home based on a two person stay to make it affordable for a couples get away! Each additional person beyond the first two are charged a very low nightly fee that still leaves our waterfront home one of the most affordable homes available in the Moses Lake area!
