Located in a quiet neighborhood, Villa Jasmin is on a freshwater lake in the freshwater canal system and provides everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation. This beautiful retreat offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Living Room: The spacious living room offers plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV so that the family can relax after the day's activities. For anyone needing to get some work done during your stay, the office features a large desk.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The bright, fully-equipped kitchen offers a large breakfast bar and everything you need to prepare meals for the family. The dining room offers seating for six.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom offers a King-size bed and flat-screen TV. The attached master bathroom offers a soaking tub, separate shower, and dual sinks.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: There are two guest bedrooms with two twin beds in each room and share the guest bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Pool/Lanai: Villa Jasmin's large, screened in Lanai allows the family to relax in the Florida sunshine with an electric heated pool and covered dining area. Enjoy meals while watching the freshwater canal's fabulous views and all of the wildlife that make Cape Coral's canal system their home. You can enjoy your favorite cocktail while cooking dinner on the gas grill provided.

Things needing attention

The pool was dirty & cold. It took 3days to have the pool filter fixed. The BBQ was dirty & we didn't use. We found a cockroach the 2nd day & having reported it, was told it had been sprayed. We felt the pool & BBQ should have been in shape for more use. However, we appreciate your consideration & efforts in fixing the pool & also, the deposit being fully refunded.

This was a great place, very clean. If we had any issues Heidi took care of it right away. We’d definitely rent this place again.

The pool heat did not work!!

The pool heat did not work. We called them and asked to turn the heat up they would not do it. We noticed right away is that it would only run for a couple hours a day. The service guy come by and said that the pool had been broken since last summer. It was a very disappointing for our children who were looking forward to a swimming pool in the backyard.

Great backyard

The backyard and the location are great . The house needs some updates . The TV in the master bedroom is extremely small and furniture is outdated as well as kitchen appliances . Also, the check in process should be less cumbersome.
