These beautifully decorated villas include a suite with a private bedroom that features a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and one bath and a jetted tub. Why you'll love it In addition to 1,230 square feet of space and room for up to 8 guests, the spacious Two-Bedroom Villa features multiple amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer dryer and balcony or patio area. The second bedroom features a queen bed and full sleeper sofa along with one bath (shower only). In-room amenities include a fully equipped kitchenette. Guests also enjoy access to a washer/dryer.
The resort has a lot to offer. 3 outside heated pools open year around. A enclosed water park which has areas for children of all ages and a standard pool. Also the water park (8 tickets include in rental) has a lazy river and 2 tube rides. Also 2 jacuzzis. These tickets are good for the entire week. There are dressing rooms to change in. Towels provided. There is also a wonderful restaurant on the upper level of the water park so if your hungry or thirsty go on up and look over the water park while you enjoy your meal. Also this restaurant can be visited just for dining. Great way to spend the day. Right where your staying at the top of the resort there is putt putt golf (included in your rental). The Activities Center has daily activities for all ages.
The resort has free transportation around the resort with pickup at designated bus stops. Pick up is approximately every 15 minutes.
The local trolley has a designated pickup spot right on the resort to take you either to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Dollywood is a short drive away.

Pet Policy: Fees not included in rental. You may have 1 cat or dog. Pet Must not exceed 60 lbs. The pet/cleaning fee is $170.00. Additionally, a refundable pet deposit of $100.00 which is returned if there is no damage to the unit. Fees subject to change. At check-in guests are required to advise front desk that they have a pet. Pets must always be on a leash and guest are responsible for cleaning up after them.
Service animals will not be charged and are permitted in all locations.
