Close to everything, views overlooking the Gippsland Lakes and a spacious house that caters for all. There are 4 bedrooms- capable of sleeping 10-12 people, three bathrooms, roomy kitchen and a large living area with a heating and cooling split system. This house would be ideal for families as it has its own fully self-contained apartment that can be made separate to the rest of the house for your own piece and quite. It also has a large undercover entertainment area with a new stainless steel BBQ with your own water views. Backyard access down the side of the house makes it easy for parking cars, boats or jet skis, still with plenty of room for the kids to run around in an open grassy yard. Don’t forget about being so close to all the recreational activities that Lakes Entrance has to offer.

We stayed the Lake house for our family xmas. The house was large enough for our family to enjoy quality time together. The view from the sunroom and kichen window of the North Arm was spectacular. At night we could see the colourful lights of the carnival along the Esplanade and the large Ferris wheel. Thanks Trent for a pleasant stay.

The property is in the older, more established, quiet part of Lakes Entrance, away from the main drag.Its close enough to town to walk to, but not close enough to drop down and pick-up takeaway for dinner.House is huge and really good for extended family or multiple couple groups. It even has a home cinema and pool table.The house is probably a bit tired from a long period of short term visitors but there are heaps of books, games, DVDs, and toys to keep kids amused.

Loved this house which easily accommodated our large group. Very comfortable with a lovely view via the upstairs sunroom. Owner was very helpful and turned the heating on for us before we arrived ensuring the house was warm. Large garage and plenty of parking on the property, all good n a nice and quiet court. Will definitely stay there again

So enjoyable...
We had a great time at Lakes Entrance. The house is huge, the view fantastic and it is so close to everything you need. We did have issues with the internet, and despite the manager kindly coming to our aid, it was still a little dodgy. Nevertheless it was a wonderful place to spend 10 relaxed and restful days.
