Only a moments walk to Asheville's local restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries you are in the center of the city while also able to enjoy the mountains that surround you. You'll fall in love with this new condominium and it will become your frequent place of lodging while in Asheville.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the Paxton Key app, which must be downloaded on your phone to access the parking lot and building. Your email address is REQUIRED for the Paxton Credential. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). *PLEASE NOTE* Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted

Clean, Comfy & Perfect Location

The condo was awesome! Extremely clean, very comfortable and just steps from great restaurants, shopping and breweries! I found the key app really convenient and had no issues. I know others found it confusing, but worked perfect for me

Asheville trip

Very spacious — more than enough room for two adults. Extremely quiet apartment and room. Easy free parking in back of building. 10 minute walk to many restaurants.

Comfortable Condo in Asheville

I have stayed in multiple properties in the Asheville area, and will target this one to go back to in the future. Only complaint would be that the app key access is a little bit complicated.

Great location and nice place.

All around great experience. The only negative we had was upon arrival the condo was 84 degrees. It took all night to get it cool enough to sleep comfortably. But the next day once it was cooled down it was perfect. Maybe just keep the air set to a reasonable temp before guests arrive.

Great Spot

This was a great place to stay in Asheville. Short walk to tons of good restaurants and coffee shops. The unit was nice and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again!

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had our 2 month old and were looking for a quick simple getaway and this place hit our list. It was located perfectly around the downtown area for nice walk or restaurant/brewery hopping (with a stroller). Its also a qucik drive to Grove Park or anywhere else you want to. Highly recommend it.

Excellent location. Wonderful decor.

The condo is conveniently located to downtown. Literally within a couple of blocks. Restaurants are right around the corner. The condo is clean and very tastefully and minimally decorated. The building has grills, rocking chairs, outdoor seating areas, excellent Wifi and secure parking. I would DEFINITELY stay here again !

The location and accommodations were great. The access to the garage and building was frustrating as the app they had us download snd use would randomly work - which left us stranded a few times. Needs to be a better system (QR Code should be considered)

Condo is very nice and in a great location. My only suggestion would be a welcome map that shows you highlights of the area; e.g. favorite hiking trails, restaurants, museums etc.

Worked well for us

This is a nice condo and worked well for my granddaughter and me. The location is good, and the parking worked out well. I would suggest that additional kitchen stainless be added.

Warning

This condo was very clean, nice, easily accessible, etc. I didn’t feel super safe in the area, however. I woke up to a man yelling at someone for about 20 minutes across the street about 1:30 am. Additionally, upon arrival we received a laminated 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper to leave on the dash as a parking tag in the designated parking area. Our second night at the property my husband and I forgot to place it there as it fell between the drivers seat and the console of our car. We just forgot about it. The next morning there was large bright yellow warning sticker on the driver’s side window. I would guess it was 6x8” or so. A sticker! My husband scraped it off but there was residue on the window until we got home. There was also an additional warning under the wipers on the dash, which would have been sufficient. We noticed there were MANY cars with these stickers. I would suggest the property owner invest in car hangs for the rear view mirror to prevent this. That would be much easier to put up and leave up. However, we had to have a code to enter the lot, so it’s not like just anyone can park there. All this to say…We will not stay here again.
