Welcome to your home away from home! This 1 bedroom executive condo unit is fully equipped & furnished and has everything you will need during your stay in Edmonton. Located at garden level with a West facing terrace that extends to lawn you will feel quite relaxed and serene even though the property itself is located right in the city.
The condo provides easy access to the Anthony Henday freeway as well as the Yellowhead Trail. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown, 8 minutes to St. Albert, and 20 minutes to West Edmonton Mall. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby as well as a park and lake.
Our bright and spacious 1 bedroom unit is modern and tastefully decorated. It has extra large windows/sliding glass doors. There is in-suite laundry and a dishwasher. No need to worry about starting your car in the winter and clearing off snow because there is heated underground parking with an assigned parking stall.
You will feel right at home in our immaculately clean and quiet condo. The only thing you will need to bring is your suitcase.
During the current COVID-19 pandemic, please rest assured that we look out for your health by disinfecting the condo between visitors and also keep the condo vacant for at least 3 days in-between bookings.

This unit is as described in the listing. Very clean and everything you may need to be comfortable. It is far better equipped than any other short stay rental we have used. It was in close proximity to my son and family, so made this the perfect place for us. Will definitely want to book this again in the future.
This apartment is exactly as the listing states, although I will say I was pleased to find that the kitchen is bigger than it looks in the pictures.
It is very well equipped, with nothing lacking.

My son stayed here after returning from the US. It is a great unit and comes with underground parking. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for an extended stay. It is in a very quiet residential neighborhood with many amenities close by. He loved having a ground floor unit with the table and chairs on the patio. The owners were great to deal with.
My son is a student at NAIT, and spent a second 2 month term at this unit. It is clean and modern, in a nice building. The underground parking stall is located close to the unit, making it quick to access. The heated space was a must have during the winter. Carla & Ryan are great hosts, and quick to respond to any questions. There's plenty of nearby shopping and the property is easy to reach from the freeway. we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks!

This apartment suited us well during our 5 week stay. The booking process was straight forward and Ryan met us on arrival and showed us round. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and handy both for the Anthony Henday ring road and buses to central Edmonton. Plenty shops and restaurants nearby. We like to cook so we did add a few utensils to the equipment already in the flat. We would have no hesitation recommending this apartment.

Fantastic one bedroom
Stayed here in between selling my house and moving into my new one. It was just me but space would be great for a couple too. Extremely convenient location. Close to almost every store you could need. Underground parking was a treat in both winter and summer. Carla was fantastic to deal with. Would definitely stay again if I needed a place and would totally recommend to others.

You won't be disappointed!
We stayed at Ryan and Carla's condo while temporarily transferred to work in Edmonton. We felt right at home as it had everything we needed and more. Upon booking we were apprehensive about safety since it is on ground level, but soon realised that it is in a very safe area of the city, alleviating any concern we originally had. We actually preferred having a nice large and open patio surrounded by lawn as opposed to a small balcony. The condo unit itself was very clean, stylish, and quiet. Having an assigned underground parking stall was also appreciated. Ryan and Carla were a pleasure to deal with and always accommodating. We would most definitely stay here again.

Best overall for our needs!
We were more than happy with choosing this property for our stay in Edmonton. It was in excellent condition and had everything we needed for our stay. We were concerned when we booked that this would be a safe neighborhood and found it to be in a good area with amenities close by. We wanted to be on the north end of town but also found we could easily navigate the whole city with the Anthony Henday and the Yellowhead freeway both ten minutes away. The property owners were so nice to deal with and we will surely stay here again the next time we are in town.
