This beautiful beachfront holiday house is ideally situated on the famous Lovers Walk alongside Cowes family friendly beach. The back gate opens directly onto one of the safest swimming beaches on Phillip Island.
Located 5 minutes from The Esplanade in Cowes, with restaurants and cafes at your fingertips. The 2 storey house has 5 bedrooms with an upstairs bathroom and one bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs has a spacious lounge room opening out onto the balcony which faces the lovely garden and Cowes beach. Sit on the private balcony and enjoy Westernport Bay views and maybe catch a glimpse of a dolphin or seal passing by. There is a Smart TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air conditioner upstairs in the lounge room, fans and heating in most bedroom, a Cot and a highchair are also available. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and pod coffee machine.
Downstairs the rest of the family can enjoy a game of billiards, another Smart TV, a reverse cycle air-conditioning and Wi-Fi, or sit and relax in a tropical garden setting, enjoy a Gas BBQ, on the outdoor alfresco area deck. If you have a swim on the beach, clean up with the outdoor shower. Take advantage of the ample parking including a lockable garage, outside there is room for the boat as well.
Phillip Island is a fantastic holiday destination, home to the world famous Penguin Parade.

Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, linen can also be supplied at $25 per person, or you can bring your own. We also offer a service to make up the beds for $15 each.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.
