The property is a two story, 4 bedroom house that has been newly renovated. Three bedrooms have king beds that can also be split into singles. There is also a sofa bed in the fourth bedroom and a sofa bed in the second living area. Large kitchen and dining area, 2.5 bathrooms as well as fully secure free parking off street for several vehicles depending on the size of the vehicles or motorcycles. There are no baby gates at the property for the internal stairs so please ensure children are supervised at all times. This property has a strict no party policy.

Great house and location. Host was lovely, easy to communicate with and very timely in responses. Bathroom set up is not super convenient when using all 4 rooms, but once that was figured out it was ok. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Hobart.

Girls weekend away
We had a great stay for our girls weekend away (11 of us). The place is in such a great location, massive courtyard for off street parking and awesome to hangout in, beds were super comfy, very easy access for all the girls to get into the apartment individually when needed. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic location
The house was very clean, fresh and in a fantastic location. We could easily walk to the CBD and enjoy all it had to offer. The large sun filled living area was very comfortable for the group to gather and enjoy relaxed meals. The majority of the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. One divan/bedroom had the only internal access to the bathrooms with no privacy.

Jason is the photographer and maintenance hero. Their operations manager, Emma, corresponds with guests and organises the housekeeping teams.

The central location of this property is fantastic - you have the entire city at your fingertips. Stroll down to the CBD and browse the shops, or walk to the waterfront and hop on a boat to MONA museum. Grab a bus from the city to the top of Mount Wellington or go on a day tour to Bruny Island. The options are endless, right on your doorstep.

This property is equipped for up to 11 guests, making it a fantastically cost effective option for your large family get together or group of friends wanting to explore the state. There is ample and comfortable lounge seating, a large kitchen, good sized bedroom, and comfortable king beds. There is also a large private car park, which is rare for such a central location!
