About this property
1880 Victorian In Heart of Downtown
Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated third floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.
Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.
If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.
Overall, this property is a great value and the perfect location to spend your vacation. Hope to see you soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St Augustine in the heart of the Historic District. The owner was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Restaurants and shopping was literally a short walk. We parked and did not need the car until the day we left. Awesome location and April weather was perfect for us
Very clean with all the comforts of home. Easy walk to all attractions in old town. Greg (host) was very informative and quick to respond. . Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
The unit itself was fine although it could use some cosmetic upgrades. And they leave you a home medics noise machine to help drown out the evening and morning noise.
My husband was concerned by the outside appearance of the house, but inside it was spotless and comfortable. The bed was a bit softer than what we use, but we slept well.Expect music at night- not all night, but probably from 10-11 PM. It was worth it to stay right in town.We expected to find bicycles- but didn’t see any. Maybe one needs to contact the owner for the bikes? We would definitely stay there again.
We were in town for the Celtic festival and this was a perfect accommodation. 3 blocks from the festival and close to all the bars and restaurants . Cute space with a little bistro balcony, perfect for people watching!
I booked this for a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Even though we've lived in Florida for 6 years and visited many times before that. The first impression wasn't good -- the house could really use an exterior paint job. But inside it's immaculate. You could not ask for a better location to visit the old city. Plenty of room for two people and the small balcony was a nice extra.
The place was perfect for my wife and I for a weekend get away! It is in the middle of everything happening downtown and is in walking distance to anything you’d want to do. The place had all the essentials covered and met all our needs. It can be louder at night and early morning - but we knew that going in an brought a sound ma ch one and did just fine
This was a perfect spot for discovering St Augustine! Local to everything we parked the car and walked everywhere (except the beach). Gregory was so accommodating with checkin, restaurant recommendations- just everything. Highly recommend!!
It was great… there is nothing you can do with the 6 am bells tolling hourly at the church nearby until 9pm?The WiFi was spotty at best but again…It has everything I needed.

Perfect location. Easy walk to St George street, shopping and dining. Regular visitor and it was close to all of our regular spots. Loved the amenities. Don't think there's anything i could add to it. Overall great experience. Highly recommend
Our stay at this VRBO property was absolutely amazing. It was clean quaint and just what we needed. Centrally located to everything in town. A short walk to many delicious restaurants. And one block from the trolley ride. We will definitely be back to stay in this property.
This little place is in the perfect location to explore St. Augustine, within walking distance of everything you’d want to see. The apartment itself is clean and well-appointed.
Great place to stay for a wedding at the White Room
We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was exactly what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The place is close to restuarants and entertainment and was very close to the white room which is where we attended a wedding.
Sometimes a little loud at night, but hey it’s in the downtown area and was expected, the bed was fantastic and so comfortable we wanted to take it home! Nice decor.
Great location to downtown St Aug. overall good experience with a few unfortunate circumstances. Parking is tough, especially when the public garage is closed for concerts and a challenge to find a public overnight parking solution without getting towed. Late night street noise can be an issue for light sleepers, but it can be masked with the noise machine. Overall good weekend with a few minor hiccups
