There is plenty of car parking in driveway. Frontyard and backyard also ideal for kids to play safely, with lockable driveway gates as well.

TERMS/ CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT
Initial deposit must be payed within 1 week of making a booking to secure it.
Remaining amount, including a bond fee ($500), is required 2 weeks before stay.

'RENTAL AGREEMENT'
We would like all guests to have a thoroughly enjoyable stay, however we expect them to respect and follow certain simple/ appropriate rules and policies, as outlined in the rental agreement below and also placed throughout the house with signage against walls, for everyone to be aware of. These relate to during your stay and for checking out also. If any of these are not met, the owner/ manager of property reserves the right to keep a certain or full amount of rental bond money ( as specified below or at their discretion). The same applies if there are any damages/ incidents by guest(s) also during your stay- please inform owner/ manager as soon as you can, so appropriate repairs/ costs can be carried out. The owner also reserves the right to evict the tenant(s) in extreme circumstances, if illegal activity or behaviour/ rules are severely not followed.
GENERAL HOUSE RULES:
▪︎NO parties/ shows allowed (you will be promptly evicted from property with bond money kept).
▪︎ No smoking inside.
▪︎Respectable noise levels/ behaviour at all times ( especially after 10pm night- low levels).
▪︎NO open flame fires/ charcoal bbq's allowed on upstairs balcony.
▪︎NO eatimg/ drinking in bedrooms. (if food or drink stains/ mess, etc is found in bedrooms a $ 30 fee will apply).
▪︎Please avoid bringing excess sand into house, especially into bedrooms, carpets, lounges- wash off outside first, or clean up after.
▪︎Balcony deck blinds can be used mostly at all times, when needed, during your stay, however in severely windy conditions they are not safe to use, and you might be instructed by owner well beforehand, to lift up for a certain period, otherwise damage to blinds may result.
▪︎Dining/kitchen room blinds to be kept ONlY slightly open at all times, to ensure neighbour privacy ( if not, a $150 fine will apply).
CHECKING OUT:
Please leave house in a respectable and reasonably tidy/ presentable state (especially any excess mess/ spills anywhere):
▪︎ALL kitchen crockery/ cutlery, etc washed and stored away in cupboards/ drawers.
▪︎ Benchtops/ tables, kitchen appliances used ( oven/ stovetop/ microwave/ fridge) all wiped down on the inside and outside.
▪︎All food/ drinks emptied from fridge.
▪︎ All rubbish/ bottles, etc put in appropriate bins and placed outside in council waste. (please put out for collection on Monday/ Tuesdays if you are occupying the house on those days)
▪︎Gas bbq to be cleaned if used ($30 fine will apply)
▪︎Deck outdoor blinds to be put UP.
LEISURE AND ACTIVITIES IN AND AROUND WALLAROO.
NORTH BEACH - 7 minute walk. Can also drive and park your car on the sand. The water is crystal clear and ideal for swimming and children.
PLAYGROUND and bbq in the reserve area, only a 1 minute walk away.
BOAT RAMP /JETTY- 5 minute drive away near the Marina. The fishing is excellent, with plenty of whiting, squid, crabs, garfish and tommies on offer.
COOPERS MARINA ALEHOUSE- 5 minute drive. Perfect for a relaxing drink or to get something to eat for lunch/ dinner.
WALLAROO TOWN (main street)- 5 Minute drive. Has a supermarket, several pubs/hotels, take away food and breakfast places, aswell as a gin bar/reataurant- 'Bond Bar' (only open on ceetain days).
Wallaroo Bakery- Jetty road.
Jetty Cafes (Seafood) - breakfast/ lunch.
KADINA shopping centres and facilities, if you need, only a 10 minute drive away.
CLARE VALLEY WINERY-just over a 1hr drive. Enjoy a scenic day trip for some beautiful white/ red wine tasting and food.
MOONTA WATERPARK- 15 minute drive away.
MOONTA TOWN-cafes, restaurants, bakeries.
PORT HUGHES- golf course. The keen golfer can play on the new, Greg Norman designed, public golf course at 'The Dunes'.
