About this property

Sails Lifestyle Resort is conveniently located at beautiful Peregian Beach on Queensland's magnificent Sunshine Coast. Our peaceful beach houses offer a relaxing holiday experience only minutes travel from the spectacular tourist centre of Noosa and its well known beach. We are located only 3 minutes walk from the local Peregian Beach and only 10 minutes to Coolum Beach. We offer many attractive features, unspoilt beaches, fishing, shopping and markets with an array of entertainment and beautiful scenery.

Accommodation

We have 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses, The 3 bedroom units have one queen and four single beds with ensuite to main bedroom. The 2 bedroom units have one queen and two singles. Fully appointed kitchen and laundry facilities with open plan dining and living areas with in house movies and DVD player. Each unit has its own private outdoor setting. The resort has a freeform heated swimming pool and spa with BBQ area in a tropical garden setting. The beach is about 150m away. Beautiful Peregian Beach is a quiet little village with many cafes and resaurants to choose from along with its own Surf club.

Fantastic stay

Well-designed and equipped, fantastically located accommodation. Great use of space, from parking to amenities. Plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils. Cupboard shelving needed a bit of a clean but otherwise place was spotless. Direct access to swimming pool. Very short walk to beach. We'd happily stay here again!

Perfect stay!

First time staying at Peregian Beach. This property was in the perfect location and suited our family of four! Easy check in and property managers were friendly and welcoming! This was perfect for a beach getaway, and the kids loved the pool and spa too!! We will be back for another visit for sure. Thanks Keith and David.

Family Friendly

Excellent for families. We had a 12 week old and a 3 yesr old. Everything we needed in the unit. Having it two story meant the wife and I could escape downstairs after bedtime. Close enough to all other amenities. Although you really need to drive unless you have older kids.

Long weekend away from Brisbane

We escaped Brisbane for four nights. Brilliant location. I loved walking to the beach every morning, <5 minute walk. Unit is fine and comfortable, great shower! (note: no dishwasher). Nice to be able to dip in the pool too. Would come again. I wouldn't eat locally in Peregian, except for Pizzami, which is very nice. Better restaurants in Coolum (which is still close).

Peregian No Frills

Neat, tidy and well located with all the basic amenities. Three minutes to the beach (unpatrolled), Ten minute walk to Peregian Square which has multi options for coffee, lunch and dinner. Captains Table for a quick beer and take away fish & chips, Pitchfork is a great option for Saturday lunch.

Getaway at Perigian Beach Sails Resort

Lovely setting and accommodation and a great base for our travels into the hinterland, other beaches and Fraser/K’gari. Large loud family group in adjacent units on the weekend took over the pool area for many hours early in the morning and evening so maybe consider this if you want a quiet break

Close to the Beach, Quiet and Spacious

Very impressed. A short walk to the beach, and spacious and comfortable. Not far to shops at Peregian Beach, can walk it in 20 minutes, also a pleasant walk along the Beach. The only drawback was limit on the WiFi and expected to pay for extra, which also dropped out often. In this day and age this is unacceptable. Unlimited WiFi is available in almost all holiday accommodation.

The holiday place was set in a lovely surroundings lots of plants very clean and comfortable it had everything there, Keith was very helpful you could ask him anything if you had any enquiries, I love the place and I would go back there again.

perfect for my family with young children

The property managers are realy helpful. They tried to accomodate all the requests we have. The place is clean and tidy. Didn’t expect we would have a washing machine and a dryer. the location is fantastic not too close to the busy area but central to where we want to visit.

Everything was even more than we expected. Pleasant environment, privacy, silence, very clean and beautiful beach nearby. It you want to rest your head from everyday noise this is definitely place fot it. Manager is 10/10.

Lovely little townhouse in quiet spot

Very nice place to stay, great facilities, great pool, nice quiet location. Only thing that stopped me rating it 5 star is there is no sound proofing so if your neighbour is up at 5am, so are you.
