This stunning eco-retreat sits high on the ridge overlooking Yengo National Park with magnificent views across the valley. The exclusive 100 acre property is a natural wonderland just an hour north of Sydney.

Gymea House Retreat is a lavish dwelling, unique in its architectural brilliance and fully self-contained with everything you could possibly desire. Think gourmet kitchen, alfresco BBQ, vast living and dining areas, gas fireplace and new private resort-style pool and spa. You can stay cool inside the chic space with air-con and state-of-the-art audio/visual entertaining system. Or opt for the gorgeous outdoors with a hit of tennis or a stroll along one of the many nature walks. Gymea House Retreat creates the perfect world for a weekend escape... it's private, peaceful and displays nature at it's best!
Because we are a resting place in the bush we do not accept bookings for parties and we have a strict “no party policy”. Our live on-site managers ensure that noise restrictions are respected for the comfort of all onsite staying guests and the surrounding environment. Penalty’s apply for guests who do not respect our conditions. Please note managers reserve the right to ask guests who do not respect our values to vacate.

An amazing property set in a tranquil setting. I highly recommend this property to anyone who gets the chance to stay here. Plus Adam the manager is extremely nice and helpful...which was the icing on the cake.

Perfect stay for our family

Adam and Simone the property managers were more than accommodating for us and our needs. The house size , pool and spa was great. A few little maintenance issues that were handled promptly. Will definitely be returning.

Secluded beauty

We needed a quiet place for a few days and this lovely home ticked all the boxes. Pool is gorgeous, spa amazing, tennis just down the hill. Extra effort to provide privacy for the homes on large country estate. The house was well planned and comfortable. The garage level to upstairs, spotless, and large enough open back of car whiile door is closed. Views lovely over bushland on steep hill. Only negative is that we didn't bring our friends or family. Would be a great escape for a gathering. Plenty of space for a large group. Adam and Simone friendly and efficient.

Stunning location, house was beautiful, Rod was a fantastic host.

Myself and a few of my closest friends spent 3 nights in the Gymea House over the New Years period. We were absolutely blown away by the house and surrounds. The house was sparkling clean, the kitchen, bedrooms and living spaces were spacious and had everything you could imagine and more! It felt like a proper retreat and we had the most wonderful time. Rod was a lovely and friendly host. He was very easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back again later in the year! Thanks again Rod and the team at Noonaweena.

Amazing property

We had an amazing time at this property. With such a large group it's easy to feel closed in on holidays but with such a spacious house we all felt as though we had our own private retreat. Having the pool and spa as well made for an amazing time for the kids who stayed in the water all day. The house is filled with almost every single item that you need making it even more wonderful. Thank you to Rod and Maureen for taking the time to answer all our questions and to be of assistance when we needed help!!
