Enjoy the mesmerizing views of this beautiful waterfront residence graced by window enclosed porch surrounded by a large deck across the back of the house with a hot tub. The open living area with vaulted ceilings and windows for gazing at Possum Kingdom Lake. Bring your boat and use the private boat ramp to launch your boat. Tie up to the side of the dock and keep your boat trailer on property for easy in and out!
Retreat to the deck with hot tub is the dramatic focal point of the house. Relax in the large family room with open floor plan connected to the kitchen. Laundry and a second full freezer/refrigerator are conveniently located between the master bedroom and kitchen area.
***Use of Dock, Private boat ramp, tie up to dock, Canoe, Kayaks, Rope swing and ladder are for guests of this property only. Use at your own risk. Bring life jackets for use on the kayaks and canoes.***
The dock accessed by stone sidewalk from the back deck. Swim, use the rope swing, fish or relax on the bench swing on the dock Also, walking to the dock is a round full fire pit... big enough for your WHOLE family to enjoy!
All guests will enjoy the night sky perfect for stargazing, fishing from the dock and exploring the coves around the dock.

Perfect Spring Break Stay

This is our favorite place to stay at PK!! This was our third time to stay here and as always everything was perfect! The property has everything you could possibly need. Our favorite part of the property is having the private boat ramp.

Waterfront property with a place for boat with a good place to swim and enjoy the property. Plenty of games and movies for relaxing at house after a big day on the water. Beautiful area.

Great place to stay and relax.

Great property with everything you need for a relaxing lake visit!!! Very clean and well maintained. Pretty view from the house and deck. Great calm location on PK. We will definitely be back. I didn’t read the fine print about the boat ramp and dock being shared with other rental property. Luckily, guests were very nice. Boat ramp can be a "booger" especially if you have a 22’ boat or larger. You will need to back around a very tight corner and down a long narrow drive.

Great Experience and Communication

The house is great as is the location as it is peaceful and quiet. Large living areas with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the setting. Rooms were comfortable with plenty of beds for even a larger group than or party of 6. The house was spotless and very well equipped to meet any needs you may have. I don’t leave reviews very often, but this great house deserves one

I can't say enough good things about this property. The house is great - very clean, very cozy, well appointed with everything we needed and tons of fun things to do - games, hot tub, dvd's, kayaks, swings off the dock! We stayed last summer and loved it so much we returned this year. Great location on the lake with a private boat ramp and dock, as well as a good sized fenced yard for the dogs who LOVE to lay in the grass and watch the goings on on the lake below. Beautiful views, great directions, close to town, only about a 6 minute boat ride to the state park. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. We hope to be back next year!

There is no signal there to receive the check in code “Minutes before check in” is pretty silly when there is no signal to receive it. The hot-tub does not work despite what the add says. It was a clean really neat property that we really enjoyed once we got over the setbacks.

Over Expecting

I titled this Over Expecting because that's what it was on both parts. I expected a nice relaxing quiet stay. While the homeowner expected the yard guy to come and do his job and for my family and myself to do the cleaners job before checkout. Which might I add that the amount of dust on all surfaces, the state of the rugs, and the smell from the drains indicated a lack of cleaning when we arrived.

We'll never go back

The 1st day we got there the owner told us one bathroom wasn't working and he would get a plumber and he never did. The hot tub didn't work there was broken furniture, nails on the dock sticking out and the TV and the master bedroom didn't work. The owner watches you on his camera the whole time you're there and has control of the air conditioner he turns it off at night and it gets hot.

Mini Vacation

We stayed at this home on Possum Kingdom on a Monday to Friday. AC worked great, furniture was comfortable, mattresses were very comfortable, lots of towels, kitchen well equipped. 3 grills. Because we cooked all but one meal we appreciated the kitchen and grills. The Walmart in Graham was where we stopped for the groceries we didn’t bring with us. We brought our own floats and spent the late morning hours floating in the lake. Husband used a kayak. I got up and walked in the morning light and never saw another person, just rabbits. Sunsets were outstanding. We rented a boat from Water Rush rentals for a 1/2 day. The owner brought the boat to the Fox Hollow Resort (10-15 minutes away) and met us there. At the end we picked him up and went back to Fox Hollow. That saved us a very long round trip. The family agreed that we preferred the part of the lake where this rental is located - quiet, not over developed. Down toward Hells Gate, it is super developed and there are lots of water craft. After the boat ride, we ate at the Hungry Fox. The onion rings were top 5 EVER. Fried fish was great and the beer was cold. I would stay here again!

Spectacular View and Private Location

We had 5 family members (all adults) and one small dog during our stay to celebrate Thanksgiving. The weather was very cooperative, we actually got out on the lake twice by canoe (which was provided) and by boat (which we rented). We enjoyed the fire pit every night (the owners graciously supplied all the wood and kindling we needed). We also enjoyed the hot tub-nice and big and clean-perfect for the chilly nights. The house itself was roomy-we especially enjoyed having 3 potties. Kitchen was big and well stocked, living room comfy, beds comfortable. But all of that, as wonderful as they were, paled in comparison to the view onto the lake! It is gorgeous!! The house sits in a rustic, off the beaten path area and located more towards the end of the water (so I think even during the busy months, it would be not as busy on the lake). We had a great time. Check out the State Park for hiking and the city of Graham for eating out and shopping. The owners were very easy to work with. Be aware, this home is located kinda in the middle of nowhere and cell service is not easily accessible (although they do have wi-fi in the house) but it was all well worth it to stay here.

Possum Kingdom Paradise

We had a great time visiting Possum Kingdom Lake and the property was perfect for the three couples in our group. The private boat ramp made it so ease to launch our kayaks and leave them by the ramp when we were finished with them for the day. The kitchen had everything we needed (except a blender) and we also used the grill for a couple of meals. The location is great. So quiet and peaceful. Spent our evenings playing games or relaxing on the deck. Great getaway!

Great Getaway

We had an excellent stay at this property. The house worked perfectly for our group size and the amenities (dock, hot tub, grill, etc.) were great. We did encounter a few minor issues throughout our stay, but each time they were promptly resolved with excellent communication by the property owners. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing View and Incredible Home

My husband and I had an amazing weekend get away with our adult children and our three newly adopted children. There was something for everyone and the overall opinion was that we had the best time of our lives. The view was incredible and the home had everything we needed, even great spices for our grilled steak and chicken. They also had aloe vera gel that came in very handy when one of my daughters stayed outside a little too long in the sun. Thank you so much to the owners and we plan to return soon for another great weekend.

Paradise at Possum Kingdom

Great place to stay, especially for multiple couples or a family. Very outdoorsy, right on the water, with fishing and kayaking readily available. The place was spotless when we arrived. Great communication with the owner, prompt responses to any inquiries.

Perfect lake getaway

I grew up in this area and enjoyed coming back. The house is perfect with a gorgeous view. The house is set up perfectly for people bringing a boat with a private ramp and dock. The house has every you could need. No complaints.

This property is amazing! It has everything you want in a lake experience including a private boat ramp to launch your own boat! Wake up and sip coffee on the porch until it's lake time! Swim around the dock area, or use the steps to easily put in the available canoe or kayak in this cove with easy access to the open lake. If you have a boat, use the private boat ramp to launch your boat and tie it up on the open side of the dock for fishing or other boating adventures. Fully equipped kitchen, a propane grill and a charcoal grill are available for meal preparation. Enjoy the back deck and hot tub to view the lakefront. Gather around the fire pit to enjoy the sunset, roast marshmallows for s'mores and make memories that will last a lifetime!
