Lots of waiting in lines

The weather was great, place was nice, most employees were very friendly, but kitchen not well stocked. And the place is not well run. The resort needs a management 101 course. The lines and wait times were completely unnecessary. And the dolphin snorkel was a waste of money. Not a must visit resort

We really enjoyed the 2 villas. We had great views and plenty of space for the whole group.

This was our first time at Atlantis and the family enjoyed the entire experience the rooms were spacious and comfortable with excellent views of the harbor and the pool. Service was also very good. Thank you for a great trip.

Best deal at Atlantis!

We stayed in the larger one-bedroom and we loved the location and amenities. Harborside is like a little resort within the resort - so nice to come "home" at the end of the day. Plenty of room for a family of five - and best of all did not have to pay through the nose for 2 hotel rooms as we did on our first trip. Chris was terrific in handling our booking and providing tons of information for our trip - I thought we knew Atlantis pretty well but she let us in on lots of little secrets and tips that saved us money and made for an even better trip than expected. Smooth booking, check-in and the unit was everything we expected and more. Cannot wait to return next year.

perfect for a family of 5

We were so worried with a family of 5 that we would have to rent two hotel rooms at atlantis, but this condo was perfect for us! Our kids are little so the king bed and pull out sofa is all we needed anyways. I just expected a little kitchenette, but the kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. Chris was super helpful and gave us great insider tips to save money and get the most out of our trip. We were only going to stay 5 nights originally, but so glad we stayed for the full week!

Wonderful Experience

What a find..perfect

Have been to Atlantis 3 times. Stayed in the Beach Tower once - ouch, shoebox sized rooms. Upgraded to Coral Tower second trip. Better but still nothing special or the money. Still, Atlantis is amazing so we wanted to return with a much larger group. So glad we found out about the rentals at Harborside. I wondered what the catch was when we saw the rates were lower than tiny hotel rooms for a condo. So, no catches other than we had to jiggle dates a bit to make it work. What a difference. Having a kitchen, washer/dryer, separate bedroom with TV etc was wonderful. We rented all 4 of John and Kaitlyn's units for our group of 14. It was actually less expensive than 4 hotel rooms at the old Beach Tower. Kaitlyn was amazing in helping us coordinate everything. Super fast in responding to our emails and had tons of tips. The condos were beautiful and the pool and hot tub were terrific and we almost had them to ourselves. 5 stars for sure.

Great Owners, Terrific Vacation

First off, I have to mention how professional and forthright Kaitlyn was. Extremely quick responses and the informational website was amazing. We rented both sides of the condo for our group of 8 - 2 families. It was the perfect arrangement. The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. We saved a ton by having breakfast in most days. It was our second time to Atlantis and it has gotten even bigger with lots more pools, rides, beaches. Truly a unique resort. The condos are definitely the way to go and I would highly recommend Kaitlyn to anyone planning to visit Atlantis.
