Grace Home near Battle Ground Village

Conveniently located just across the street from Battle Ground Village where all the locals go for great food, library books, coffee and much more! Main St is walking distance and its a now booming location with multiple options for food, coffee, taco and desert trucks w/ covered eating area, community center and skate park.

Stunning local parks Lewisville & Battle Ground Lake Park. are just few minutes away and they offer walking trails, large playgrounds, water views and water sports during certain times of year.

This newly updated townhome is a perfect space for a small family or group of friends who are looking to explore the area, visit family or get some work done! Main highway is just 15 minutes away and from there it's another 15 minutes to Portland and all it has to offer!

Main level has tall ceilings and hardwood floors through out. Entry way has a games area and powder bath is just to the left of the hallway leading into living room.

Large living room opens to dining area and fully stocked kitchen where you can gather for dinner preparation while catching a movie on 60" flat screen TV. Guests have access to DirecTV Now, Netflix and are welcome to log into many more apps available on Apple TV. Sliding door leads to fully fenced backyard and patio with picnic table and BBQ Grill.

Second level is all carpeted except for the bathrooms and laundry room. Bunk room sleeps 6 on 2 bunkbeds with trundles. Queen bedroom is a perfect room for parents traveling with little ones. Play pen is kept in the closet and dresser provides a great changing station. Full bathroom is right outside the door on the left. Master bedroom has a King bed, large walk in closet and a 40" screen TV with all the same features as the TV on main level. Large en suite features a soaker tub, shower and double vanity.

This townhome is a very compact 2100sqft space where each room and corner was thoughtfully designed to make even a larger family comfortable and not crowded during time of travel or holidays!

Nice space for families
We stayed over a weekend while our daughter was competing in the state Cheer tournament. We found the house to be comfortable with plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax. We appreciated the games that were there and the clean, well-stocked kitchen for us to use so that we didn't have to dine out every meal.

Grace Home was just as described... lovely house and a convenient place for our family to stay while visiting my sister and her family in Battle Ground. It was nice having a washer and dryer and plenty of space in the home. The one downside was the overwhelming fragrance in the house. My husband is very sensitive to chemical fragrances, which, in turn, really hurt his week. It ended up affecting us all during and after our stay. If you are sensitive to fragrances I would suggest requesting for them to be removed before your stay at Grace Home.

The house was great. We did have sugar ants in one of the rooms/beds, the owner was receptive and said she would spray. This was part of our team staying the weekend for a tournament and we had a lot of fun there!!!!

Really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful home, well equipped with kitchen needs, games and very comfortable living room. Beds were comfortable. Chose this home due to how close it was to my son's home. Would stay here again.

Great spot for family
The place was spacious and clean! Very comfortable and close to grocery stores and just a beautiful area! Neighbors were close and parking limited but that was already disclosed in the instructions.

We came to Battle Ground for a concert at the amphitheater, and the stay at this place was great. It is clean and had everything we needed, plus Inna gave us the check in instructions promptly and made everything super easy. Would recommend!

Very nice space to relax and unwind. Felt very safe and the space is bigger than it seems. Nice to have garage to pull into and a fenced yard for the dogs. Inna was great to work with, very accommodating.

Nice but could use a cleaning
The house is nice. Its minimally furnished which is comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The house is lacking maintenance. The air ducts are filthy, which could be a problem with asthma or allergies. The couch is filled with food particles and needs a good vacuum. This is a problem because there are sugar ants everywhere in the kitchen and in the couch as well. We kept all our food in a rubbermaid box to keep the ants out and every person had ants on them at one point. I know cleaning crews are difficult to keep and maintain but a good deep clean would make this place much more enjoyable to stay at. Overall the contact person was quick to respond and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the room/space is comfortable as well. Location is good too. Neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are friendly.

Good month long stay
We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were memory foam and very good and there were plenty of linens and space to move and live. WiFi worked well and I used it often since I was working doing online college and sometimes working from home. The yard was super muddy so we didn’t use it really but it was March. The property was in a good location but tight for parking if you have more than two rigs. Neighbors were nice. The owner was very responsive to our needs and the house was well stocked. We appreciated having space to move and live while our house was being finished during March. I’d recommend this place if you have kids. Lots of room.
