Perfect location

We loved the area which was close to the beach, community pool, groceries, and main roads. The host was responsive to our issues. The washer and dryer were very convenient. We loved having two full baths with a private master bath. It was a bit difficult to get the parking pass because the suite number we were given was missing a digit so we went in circles for a while before figuring it out. The couches and beds were also pretty uncomfortable because they’re old and worn in.

Great location

Over all we loved the condo, but it does not sleep 6 people! The foldout couch has a piece of foam rubber they have bought and call it a mattress. No one could possibly sleep on that mattress, it is so broken down that the couch sags and is uncomfortable to sit on.

Great area

Great area, lovely condo complex, driving or biking distance to the beaches, but also driving distance to the city of St. Pete. The unit is close to the pool and hot tub. There are nice walking and bike trails that we enjoyed. The only glitch was that it was a hassle to get the temporary parking pass. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Paradise!

This condo was incredible! It was clean, stocked with "beginning supplies," and had all supplies for a full working kitchen! My family and I (6 adults) stayed here for a week, and couldn't have asked for a better stay. You are walking distance from the beach and can see the pool from the window. We didn't have enough pillows when we initially came, and as soon as we contacted the housekeeping email, we were brought pillows within a few hours. This is a "must place" to stay!

Comfortable and quiet

This property is nicely located on the golf course of the beautiful Bahía del Mar section of Isla de Sol. Using the lovely heated pool and taking walks on their walking paths were just what we wanted for a quiet and comfortable stay. Also great is the easy 21 minute drive to the arts and restaurants in the downtown area of St. Petersburg.
