To make the picture even more perfect, the beautiful white sands of Archibald Beach Park are just 150 yards away. You are also within walking distance of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, a post office, and a drugstore. Everything you need or want is right at your fingertips! Madeira Beach Yacht Club 165C requires a one-week minimum stay with a Saturday arrival in the season, but with all, there is to do in and around your resort, you’ll need all that time and more.
Madeira Beach Yacht Club 165C is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom, air-conditioned condo that sleeps up to four when the two twin sleeper sofas are used. When you walk into your Madeira Beach Yacht Club 165C living room, you’ll love the comfortable furniture and flat-screen TV with DVD player. You also have free Wi-Fi and a stereo within the condo. On those days when you want to stay around the condo, you’ll find plenty of ways to enjoy yourself.
Madeira Beach Yacht Club has two heated swimming pools, a sauna, fitness center, billiards room, clubhouse, and fishing piers for your enjoyment. The Maderia Beach Yacht Club properties are very well maintained. The grounds, the pool, people couldn't be nicer. We had a 3 week stay in this condo. Sadly, the condo did not match the pictures online in some aspects. The lanai didn't have the privacy panels which meant the lanai was subject to the elements of the weather and there was a lack of privacy. The wonderful breeze also meant constant clean up of the furniture and floors was needed. The cushions on the rattan chairs were paper thin . The condo itself is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. The bed mattress had a piece of foam on it that didn't fit the mattress, leaving a 4 inch all round deficit . The love seats were very uncomfortable. The dining chair legs were unsafely wobbly. We bought a couple of throw rugs to help keep the place cleaner, as one on the porch lost it's gripper effect , so you could slide across the floor, as well as a mop, screw driver set ( now in the kitchen drawer) to tighten up the chair legs. There were no beach/ pool towels ...?? two pools and the beach a block away. All places have quirks, as do people, We gave this place TLC and treated it as if it was ours. It's time for the owners to do the same or at least represent it correctly. The host company was business like, professional , helpful. No, we didn't complain, just took care of things.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at the Madeira Beach yacht club it is a gorgeous place to stay on the water 2 blocks from the beach I absolutely love Saint Pete Florida

Convenient and efficient
Convenient location! It’s a very short walk to the grocery store, and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the Suncoast Trolley stop. Unit 165C is clean and compact. Good-quality kitchen and laundry appliances all worked perfectly. The TVs and wifi also worked well. Bed was comfortable. A/C was fine. Vanity space in the well-lit bathroom was ample. We opened the twin sofa-sleepers in the living room for comfortable TV-watching. The kitchen is brightly lit, but the living room is pretty dim. Although all the furnishings and decorative pieces are in good condition, it’s fair to say that the décor is disjointed. The grill was a minor point of confusion and a minor disappointment. The vast majority of condos in the MBYC complex have gas grills, clearly marked with unit numbers. However, unit 165C only has a small charcoal grill, and two of the marker numerals on it are missing. Peace and quiet are important to us, and noise was a negative factor here. Two extremely loud A/C units are right outside the lanai door. A new building is under construction directly across the waterway. And the bar just down the street has live music until around 11pm a few nights a week. The MBYC complex facilities and grounds are beautifully maintained. We enjoyed the heated swimming pools and the jacuzzi every day. Rental procedures, check-in, and check-out were completely smooth. All of the instructions concerning keys and the key fob were crystal clear. Thanks to the ladies in the rental agency office for being very pleasant and helpful on check-in day.

Nothing Special...Yard sale decor and uncomfortable bed!
My husband and I travel a lot..we leave honest and true reviews that we as avid travelers enjoy reading to help make our travel decisions. First of all our disappointment started with the misinformation left in our packet regarding a "key fob" to enter pool etc. We stopped in the office on the premises of the yacht club as instructed in our packet and she said she knows nothing about fob that the info in the packet is outdated. also it would be helpful to describe it as a small microchip the size of a nickel. One might be looking for a "key fob" and totally miss this small item. 2nd problem we encountered was NO INTERNET...we stopped in the travel rental office and the clerk there was rude and short and told us we weren't home for the service visit from the internet provider...We said we knew nothing about that and she said yes in your packet was a note that the internet people had an appt. to fix it... the only thing we found in our packet was a blue post it note that read: SPECTRUM FEB 11 5 & 6 pm She said that was it.. I told her that we had no idea what that meant.. we thought it was a class being offered at the complex that obviously did not pertain to us... she was rude and said it said Spectrum! Well we are from the Midwest and Spectrum meant nothing to us.... had it said we have an internet problem and there is a service apt we may have understood it...furthermore she said if we weren't willing to stay home long enough for an appt we would not have internet. I told her we were on a 1 wk vaca and had something planned every day and that would not be possible... I asked her if we could be compensated in some way and she said no it was our fault for not being available. I would like to gently remind you you are in the hospitality business in case you have become so blasé with tourism. It is why you have a business! Now as far as the condo itself...It is obviously an investment property soley used for rental as the décor is seriously lacking and looks as it has been furnished by old hotel auction items, the bed is horrible, bouncy no support and you will not get a good night sleep. The complex is quiet and location is nice..however it feels a bit removed from tourist destinations. The washer and dryer was nice. No comfortable areas to sit..living room was 2 loveseats and a tv..no coffee table or foot stools to put feet up. Patio was nice but no décor. Overall we will not use this agency again nor will we stay at this unit. Lacks vaca feel

Reviewer Comments: the gated community condo was very conveniently located within easy walking distance to everything a person would want from a vacation place. Beach across the street, 2 pools, fishing dock, supermarket and restaurants all within 2 minutes walk. The place was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with all the necessities for an extended stay. Only minor complaint it's a bit dark as in not a lot of natural light! It would help a lot if the bushes outside the patio are trimmed down to allow more sunshine. Otherwise highly recommended.

Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time staying at MBYC--the location is the drawing point for us, on the intercoastal but yet walking distance to beach, restaurants and day to day shopping all close by. The price of unit, due to us paying a wkly rate was fairly high compared to others on a monthly basis. The units are getting a bit tired looking and need some updating to compare with the rental price. Location is what has us!!
