It is ideal for couples that desire a peaceful and relaxing getaway. It is also a tranquil and secure oasis for families, offering all of the comforts of home after a day at the reef or the beach. A modern children's playground is situated an easy flat 3-4 minute walk from the Villa. A spacious reserve big enough to kick/hit a ball with the family is less than 1 minute walk away.

Sit back, relax and enjoy the comforts of home in a single level, spacious, private, secure villa, accentuated by the beauty of the Tropics.

Ideally situated, Aqua Villa is 150 m from the world renowned '4 Mile Beach'. The Marina, and lively Macrossan St with its restaurants, shops, and bars, is less than 5 minutes drive or 5-10mins via shuttle bus which stops an easy 250m from the property and runs every 20mins in the peak season.

Alternatively, relax and enjoy a 35 minute stroll along the coconut tree lined beach into the heart of Port Douglas where you have the choice of over 50 restaurants and cafes. Experience the culinary pleasures of Port's famous chefs. There is also an excellent restaurant, fish and chip shop and Bottle shop within a 5 minute walk . The Villa is situated between the two golf courses in Port Douglas. Both are only 3-5 minutes drive by car

For those that have a car, there is a lock-up garage.

Aqua Villa was thoughtfully designed to allow you to enjoy spacious outdoor/ indoor living. Immerse yourself in tropics and enjoy the open plan indoor living with multi-fold doors that open from the living area into a private covered outdoor dining courtyard. Sit back, relax and enjoy a courtyard outdoor BBQ dining experience, surrounded by a tropical garden and over looking the sun soaked plunge pool. The Villa gives you visual access of the sparkling plunge pool from both bedrooms as well as the kitchen and lounge.

The Villa features two spacious master bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The 'King Room' is located within the Villa and has a king size bed with your own stunning bathroom. The 'Pavilion Room' is located separately to the Villa, adjacent to the courtyard, giving you the ultimate in privacy. The Pavilion Room has a queen size bed with ensuite and is surrounded by shutters providing you with a beautiful outlook onto the garden and pool. The third bedroom is equipped with its own ensuite and is configured with two single beds.

The Gourmet Kitchen provides you with the ultimate cooking requirements. European stainless steel appliances, crockery, glassware, platters and those little extras such as a Coffee Machine is also included

At Aqua Villa, all indoor areas are screened, have fans and air-conditioning. A beautiful outdoor undercover area with dining and BBQ overlooks the pool. Surrounding tropical gardens offer the utmost tranquility and privacy for our guests. Beds are freshly made for your arrival with towels. Eco friendly soap. as well as dishwashing tablets and laundry liquid are also provided, as is tea and coffee. There are also beach/pool towels.

First Class Holiday Accommodation

“Aqua Villa” was very clean and well presented it had everything you needed , nothing had been overlooked . We stayed 12 nights and it was perfect for us as a couple but could suit a family as well . It was in a lovely position and had a lovely patio area and heated pool plus the beach was a really short walk away . Port Douglas centre was a short drive away plus close by there were shops, cafe and restaurant. Would highly recommended.

Aqua Villa

This was the second time we have stayed at Aqua Villa. We just love it here as it is perfect for our family configuration (4 adults). We love the open plan living, the lovely warm pool and the indoor/outdoor living. It has a well equipped kitchen (lots of fresh fruit smoothies) and we used the barbecue a lot. Greg is a fabulous host and makes the check in/out seamless. He even checks in to see if you need anything and all is going well. We will definitely be back.

Aqua Villa - Port Douglas.

Home away from Home! Everything you could ask for. High end and very well equipped - given how busy Port Douglas is, we appreciated have our own pool and bbq. A great host who responds to emails very efficiently. We would absolutely recommend Aqua Villa and if we ever return to the area it would be my first choice property.

Tropical garden aesthetic

Lovely home with great air flow. We most enjoyed the tropical gardens and heated pool that was just the right size. Walking distance to the beach. Kitchen was well appointed. Dryer doesn’t work well. You can only dry a few items at a time or it won’t start. Fan in the bathroom worked a treat to dry everything out. Easy check in/out. Thank you for a nice stay.

Delightful, private and clean Villa

A beautiful Villa! 3 of us stayed for 7 nights Apr/May and loved our time there. The villa had everything we needed, was clean, bright, and quiet. The pool was fabulous and the open plan living suited our long conversations together. We didn't cook but the kitchen is really well equipped. The shuttle service into town picked us up and dropped us back door to door within minutes of calling, so easy. No need to hire a car. Greg was outstanding in his communication regarding the local area and highlights. St Crispin's cafe is a short walk and provided delicious breakfast/lunches. It was the perfect place to relax and chill out.

Stunning property & exceptional hosts!!

We stayed here for a week while visiting Port Douglas, everything was 10/10! The location is perfect so close to 4 mile beach, a playground, chipper and pub. The house is gorgeous, beautiful decor really comfortable and the pool was a treat on the hot days! We were really comfortable there with our two year old who was well catered for. Communication with hosts was brilliant, from booking and during our stay they were on hand to help with any queries, and give recommendations for the area. The house, set up, location and hosts made the trip easy and relaxing! We will definitely be back.

The Roger's last adventure for 2022

Our family (Nanna, Daughter and Partner and three Grandchildren) often go on family holiday and have been to Port Douglas three times ... this was the best ! The villa allow Nanna to have quality time with the grandkids while Mum & Partner had their own space; Pool and outdoor area was perfect and the kids never complained once that they were bored. Great stay in Port Douglas.

My husband and I enjoyed our five day stay at Aqua Villa and were lucky to have enjoyed excellent sunny weather also. The villa is very well appointed, our host, Greg and his wife have ensured that guests will have maximum comfort and privacy in this excellent and quiet location. Great location and comforts of home

So pleased we discovered AquaVilla.

We found AquaVilla to be the ideal rental. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you need on a holiday. The pool and outside dining area are fabulous. There is a short walk onto 4 mile beach and a 10 minute drive into Port Douglas shopping and restaurants . Greg responded quickly with any questions I had. Hopefully we will return next year.

Great villa, everything provided, spotlessly clean. Great location outside town but bus services is excellent if a walk along the beach is not suitable, but I wouldn’t understand why as it’s superb!
