November 2020 La Quinta Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is perfect for morning walks in the La Quinta cove area and through the surrounding neighborhood. The house was spotless, and looked exactly like the photos, so there were no surprises. The kitchen was well equipped, there were lots of towels, and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the bikes that were provided, riding through the city and the mountain bike trails up in the cove. The weather was sunny everyday. We would highly recommend this property.

The place is very very clean. The neighborhood is too strict it was a holiday where people go out and have fun that is the purpose of renting a Vrbo we can’t go In the pool after 10pm. When the door locks and you want to kicking after 4 minutes the door unlocks you come back and the door is open. Not just the lock but the door. In the yard theirs a latter were the neighbor can see what goes on. The house has no privacy. The owner of the property is so concern on how many occupy the house but when you tell him the concern he says I made it all Up.

Great Coachella house for professionals and non-partiers

Louis had a very clean house for likely having guests for Coachella Weekend One also. The pool was dirty to winds, so he made sure to have it cleaned for before we arrived. The pool and house controls are somewhat difficult to learn since automated, but the house has clear directions if you follow the steps. We used the bikes to link with friends at a nearby house and brought our own to take advantage of easy neighborhood biking. The only difference from the post is one bedroom came with a queen bed instead of two full beds. One bedroom still has two full beds with both others having queens. He might update that photo soon. The living room Murphy bed still exists also. Louis also reminded us to keep the outdoor lights on which we actually turned off at night. He was very helpful to stay in touch without being too much also. Thanks!

Beautiful Pool in Awesome Location!

I traveled for spring break with my two elementary school aged daughters to this property. It was absolutely perfect! The cleanliness was impressive. I normally have to take out my own lysol wipes, but no worries here! Everything was in great shape. I chose to heat the pool and it was a great investment. Always a perfect 83 degrees. Also, if you love hiking or mountain biking, this house is for you. It is so close to trailheads. Also, if you are bringing your family, it is one block away from a perfect little park, that always supplies some neighborhood friends for your kiddos. All in all, great house, great location with the best pool! We will definitely be back :)

Palm Springs golf trip

My Wife and I, our son and his girlfriend along with our dog made trip from OC to the Palm Springs area to play golf. The house was perfect for this trip and I can’t imagine what kind of trip it would not be perfect for. The house is super open from dining area to living room. We used the pool and jacuzzi. If we did the trip over, we’d have asked the hosts to heat the pool, but it served its purpose though a little bit cold. The jacuzzi came in handy after playing golf. The location was great, 22 minutes to the Desert Hills Marriott for golf. Convenient to a lot of food options if you need to go out for meals, but we cooked and the kitchen is well stocked, everything worked. The neighborhood was quiet. We brought our dog along, all he does is sleep, but he seemed to enjoy the stay as well!

Beautiful weather

We thoroughly enjoyed our month in LaQuinta Cove. The location was perfect for us... wonderful walking, hiking trail across the street, and close to restaurants. The Sunday organic market was also great. Our two small dogs loved the front yard. Thanks Louis

Clean, modern and convenient! This place was perfect for us!

Louis has done a great job putting together a vacation place that is well appointed and comfortable welcoming and easy to "be " in. We came for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, and the location was close enough that it was convenient to get to, yet we could come home mid day for a break if we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely Home In The Desert

Louis’s home is exactly as pictured-modern décor with well-appointed accessories and spacious rooms. Everything both inside and outside the home is in excellent condition and the spa/pool is an oasis in the back yard. Louis is very responsive and helpful with any questions and the gardener and pool attendant came once a week during our 2 1/2 month stay to spruce up the outdoors and pool. The kitchen is “cook” friendly and there is plenty of pots and pans. The home is very accommodating to guests whether for overnight or dinner. We had both and they were impressed with the premises. The house location, in The Cove, is perfect for enjoying the surrounding areas of Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, Indio, and most importantly quaint La Quinta. It is a quiet, pet friendly neighborhood with amazing mountain views and come evening you can enjoy the front yard while observing the moon and stars uninhibited by street lights. Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve is right across the street from the house giving you access to hike or bike the many trails and enjoy one of the most beautiful parts of La Quinta and the Desert Valley. We, including our dog, would highly recommend this home and would happily stay here again. Bloomington, IN
