THE BREAKERS | Beachfront , Pet Friendly | Accom Holidays

The Breakers is an older style holiday home, set right along North Avoca's patrolled beachfront and boasts picture-perfect views of North Avoca beach across to Avoca headlands. The Breakers is a two-storey house with beach facing windows in its main living space and kitchen. Sit back on the deck and enjoy the view, take a dip in the ocean, or have a BBQ while the kids play in its fully fenced front yard. The Breakers is just 3 minute drive to Terrigal shops, cafe's and restaurants.
Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom with a king bed and balcony and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed, bedroom 3 contains a bunk bed; Downstairs bedroom 4 contains two single beds and ceiling fan while bedroom 5 contains a queen bed and en suite with shower, all bedrooms contain built-ins.
*Please Note: fireplace feature is for display purposes only.

*Living space has views, 50' LED TV, DVD player, DVD library, Wi-Fi and stereo
*Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric cook top
*Direct beach access via yard; outdoor sun lounges and table setting for 10

*Lower level has two bedrooms and rumpus with TV and DVD player

Family weekend away
Was lovely to stay with family, and very special to have the closed in front yard for our dog. Also, dog beach & beach view from our kitchen window was great.

Perfect location
The classic beach weekender - no renovations, but the absolute best location. Absolutely wonderful and the family and dogs will stay again. Looks out the dog beach, has a wonderful cafe 50m away.

Superb location but property needs some work
Beautiful spot at north Avoca. Property though needs better cleaning (eg caked on dust on the fans) and items need to be upgraded. Beds are rusty, no BBq tools making it difficult to use the BBQ, broken outdoor chairs, broken cupboard door.

Magic location
We have just spent 4 days here with family and it was fantastic. Perfect house with the most amazing views out onto beach. We are rebooking for next year already.

The property was a little older and smaller then photographed the cleanliness is simply to do with the age of the property without a renovation there is no way they could make it cleaner. Location is 10/10 and great communication with agent would definitely return

The photos look lovely but the property was unclean, uncared for and obviously not maintained - what a shame as the location is amazing but the home is not - yet with a little money spent and some care it could be everything it proposes to be.

Large beach house
We had a nice time at this property. It was very old but had lots of space and was comfortable for the 5 of us (with many rooms and beds to spare). Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there but if it had been sunny, this property had so much potential with absolute beach front access. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again as it was great value for money.

Beautiful and relaxing spot
We enjoyed our stay at The Breakers a lot and fr sure we will be back. The house is a bit tired and in need of some updating but it is still very comfortable, well supplied and located in a beautiful spot. My son was upset at the lack of WiFi, but otherwise we had a great time

This property has a fabulous position on the beach and it was great our pup could go on the beach right in front. The locals cafe is really really good. The home is comfortable but just a bit too cold when we were there and the heaters didn’t cut the mustard. The property managers were great and bought extra blankets.

A dream location!

Stunning Location - Fabulous Weekend Away
We had an amazing weekend away at The Breakers. Stunning location right on North Avoca beach, the house was very well equiped, beautifully comfortable without being pretentious and great ambience. Surrounding areas great to explore. Very short drive from Sydney. We will definitely come back.

Location, location, location And excellent house!
The Breakers is a very well equipped house right on North Avoca beach. Couldn't have asked for a better location, shopping nearby in Terrigal, plenty of space, beautiful beach and gorgeous view. Will definitely be booking it again.

Perfect location
We had a great holiday simply based on the location, which is phenomenal. Although the property provides all your basic needs - it is in a need of an update (or a really thorough maintenance run as a bare minimum). I would not think twice about coming back though
