Ideal for couples of all ages, a family holiday, in-between houses, short business trip or long term corporate stay. As well as, larger groups which can be accommodated in our adjacent Grandview House & Apartment properties.

Our luxury, Downstairs Grandview House Apartment, has a front porch that provides views of Colley Reserve and a rear verandah with its own outdoor setting & barbeque.

FREE unlimited Wi-Fi, remote controlled undercover car park & FOXTEL. Plus many other features!

We value our guests and like to listen to your personalised accommodation requirements & then tailor a package/rate to suit you. On the HomeAway-Stayz site, we can only show one rate at a time, if you would like us to quote for less than 5 guests or for a longer or shorter stay, please call us anytime.

Great place
Beautiful old style cottage easy to find easy walk to tram and shops. Recommend this place nice place for a small family or group of friends loved it. Owners very nice and accommodating easy to work with.

Great Apartment
We had an amazing holiday in Glenelg and the Grandview House Aparment was fabulous. Brilliant location, so easy to walk to the beach, Coles and importantly, awesome coffee shops. The apartment is spacious, clean and well stocked. Anita was a very gracious host and helped with local recommendations

We loved our stay at Grandview Apartment Glenelg, walking distance to everything and the apartments have everything in them its a home away from home, very clean and pleasant.
