An amazing Thanksgiving stay

Our family just loved this home. IT has a cozy and well appointed feel to it and we immediately felt at home. The location is amazing, the home is superbly clean and the beds were super comfy. We hope we can come back next year.

Spacious and comfortable!

We really enjoyed staying in this house and visiting Dana Point. We especially loved the big kitchen, ample seating, media room & breezy ocean view front deck right outside the patio doors. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, well-equipped all around.

Wonderful California Home

Great Service and locale!

Carla was fantastic and helped up figure out what would suit our needs best. The locale is easy and a short walk to the beach. The house is nice. Master comfy. It would be a good spot for a family the way it is laid out and the theater room.

It Felt Like Home

My family and I were in a situation where we needed a place to stay while our house was being remodeled. We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It had everything we needed for my family of 5. It was comfortable, cozy and loved walking down to the beach. Carla was very helpful to us.

Everything was perfect! Property is beautiful as well as the views! The home was clean, kitchen well appointed, beds comfortable, location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, and an overall great place to stay! Ron was very helpful and welcoming at check in, and the communication with Carla were prompt and helpful. We were at the property during the super bowl, so the theater room was an awesome venue for our family get together! Will definitely be back!!

Great Family Holiday in Dana Point

My family had a great time at the Dana Point Trip-level home. Our family stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed being together in the Kitchen, living room and downstairs movie room. Everything worked well and Carla was very helpful with answers to our questions. There are good instructions for the home and the technology such as wifi and TVs etc. We cooked most meals in for 8 of us and the kitchen is well stocked and laid out nicely. Thank you for a great time!

Can't wait to Return!

This home was exactly what our family wanted for a vacation. With 6 of us the spacious home had everything we need including garage and back yard. Nice ocean views to catch fabulous sunsets. The home is furnished much nicer than any rental I've seen before with top of the line TV's (a theater room to die for) and great furniture. You could see the care given to every detail and the rental manager was so helpful. This location allows for easy access all over Socal and to the beautiful beaches. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful family vacation near the beach at home on Chula Vista street

After a really bad winter on the east coast, our stay at the home on Chula Vista street in Dana Point was just what the doctor ordered. It was close to everything including the beach which our kids walked to. We shopped in Laguna Beach and enjoyed walking through the beautiful park there. The kids also spent several days at Disney while my wife and I took a trip to Catalina Island from the Ferry at Dana Point. The house was perfect with large bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen and a view of the Ocean. We watched several movies together in the theater room. The neighborhood was really nice and we felted very safe there.

Arizona visitor

This was a fantastic home. The new kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It was a nice gathering spot with the large table. The 3 bathrooms were new & very clean! And the bedrooms were great! We had room for all. We really appreciated the A/C in the afternoons and the theater room was a nice plus. The 2 car garage plus driveway parking was very handy when we had friends over. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for the toddlers but the main living quarters & back patio are all on the same floor so once they were there it was great.

Location, location, location!!!! Beautiful Dana Point. Close to beaches, Dana Point Harbor, wonderful restaurants!!! Enjoyed our stay!!! Condo very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the remodeled kitchen. Had everything we needed!!!!Master bedroom was beautifully decorated. A Tommy Bahama retreat!!! Only complaint would be the outdoor spaces. Both front balcony and rear patio needs new furniture and attention to landscaping!!! Carla was quick to respond to any concern. Will definitely return!!! Thanks

Quiet and Comfy

We have been staying in this home during the month of January for 3 years in a row now. We love its location, so close to the beach and enjoy walking to and from. The beautiful sunset views that you can see from the master bedroom windows are a great plus. The most important thing to the two of us is a quiet place and one that is comfortable seeing as during the winter months we spend more time indoors. This place is in a very quiet neighborhood and has very comfortable furniture. We especially like the home theatre room with the comfy recliners and the living room is great for having friends over. We like to cook and the kitchen is awesome! Carla is wonderful to deal with and very responsive to every need. We will be back next year again for sure!

Working with Carla was fantastic.

Working with Carla was fantastic. She was helpful and understanding when we shared our experience at the home we stayed in. We were looking for a long term place to stay due to a water leak/remodel with our home. Unfortunately, the first vacation house was not comfortable for us to stay in. Although big, well kept and in a gated community, the house had too many personal items of the home owner laying around. It made it difficult to settle in for the duration of our time needed. We found a more suitable option for our family which we've been very happy with.

Absolutely Perfect!! Heaven.

This home was beautiful and perfect for our month long stay. The owner and manager filled it with every imaginable thing we would need. The beds and bedding were all extremely comfortable, the gourmet kitchen was well stocked and appliances were top-notch. We loved the large kitchen table so that when family came to visit, we all had room to sit. The back patio was relaxing and quiet. My sons and nephew enjoyed the theater room immensely and the whole vibe of the home was peaceful and true California beach living. The house was the perfect distance from the beach, close enough to walk it, but far enough to be out of the noise and traffic. Even little things, like providing us with a garage door remote, Ralphs Supermarket card, combination lock entry for the back door, etc were thought of to make our stay as easy as possible. One of the best things was that the tri-level gave my family the feeling of not being on top of each other-we all had private space if we wanted it. Carla, the manager was a pleasure to work with, easy to reach, and she was on top of everything. We used her cleaning service twice while we were there, and they were quick, thorough and reasonable. We will be back for many future stays.

Perfect getaway location

My family stayed at this property for two weeks while my kids attended junior lifeguard camp. We were able to check in, unpack and truly live for a couple weeks. As you can imagine, the kids were exhausted after swimming all day. The beds were all very comfortable and we all slept so well during our time. Close location to two beaches (that we know of), grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood!

Great Family Home Close To All Water Activities!

This was the perfect spot for our week in Dana Point! Just bring your suitcases...few bags of groceries and unwind here! We loved the movie room and made good use of it throughout our whole stay! Very comfortable beds, nicely set up kitchen and full size washer and dryer! Fished at Dana Wharf...had Fun at Disneyland and visited with friends in nearby towns. Would highly recommend you stay here. You will be glad you did! No complaints ♡

Great house and great host!

This property is awesome! Great location and lived up to all expectations. The view from the master bedroom is amazing and the kitchen is very well equipped and a great gathering place. Great location!

Great location close to the beach and beautiful walks. Nice and spacious as our boys (10 & 12) really enjoyed the theatre room and Netflix. Carla was very responsive with having the a/c fixed. A few more beach items (chairs, boogie board, etc.) would be great for a future stay. Overall we had a blast!

Great family vacation in Dana Point

The location and properly were excellent. Carla was super helpful and accommodating and very responsive throughout our stay. I would recommend this property in this area as I have traveled to orange county many times and love Dana Point as a location as it's easy to get to San Diego as well as all of orange county and beyond

Beautiful home, great location, something for everyone!

Our family rented this home for the week of Christmas and absolutely loved our stay. There was an abundance of space, an amazing kitchen, a nice patio with fire pit, and great views of the ocean and sunsets over the area. The Media room was a wonderful way to watch football and movies! Comfortable beds and a beautiful fireplace. This may not be the place for older adults due to the many flights of stairs. I've only removed a star for the perplexing lighting and light switch positions in most of the rooms and the wear and tear on a few of the theater room seats. Otherwise, it was perfect. Highly recommended.

The condo was well appointed and comfortable.

Carla met us at the house and oriented us to the use of the televisions which have the same apps we enjoy at home. She was very accessible for my questions before, during and after our stay. Best of all, she returned of our $1500 deposit withthin the seven days that she promised.Should we return to Dana Point I would look for a VRBO that she manages.
