Very nice vacation home few things were a little beat up,trash container outside still had some stuff from previous renters,wi-fi very in and out but mainly the pool and hot tub heat that we paid for did not work very disappointing but overall awesome vacation,they are supposed to refund cost of pool heat

The house was immaculate!

When we arrived we found the picture did the house NO justice! The property was clean and we were given enough supplies to get us through the first couple days. The one thing I can say is that the wifi was very slow and we did not get the best cell service but what can you expect with 24 people in one house. The booking agent responded fast to concerns. Everyone was happy with the house!

Fun house to stay in

We had a great time - the house was what we needed it to be, and every employee at the resort who we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, some parts or features of the house itself were poorly made/maintained - one of the arcade games would only work some of the time, the height adjustment lever on some of the kitchen bar chairs were broken, the ice machine on one of the fridges didn't work, etc. These were not material to our enjoyment, and we still had a great time.

One of the best NYE ever

We have started visiting Florida every year for NYE. This year more of us went so we needed something bigger. This house was amazing. Big enough to have your privacy small enough to be together. The theater was a hit. The kids absolutely loved it!!! We’re going to book next year. The only downfall is the pots and pans are few. We will need to bring our own next time. Contact with office was excellent this property is the best one we’ve been in.Thank you for an amazing time… we will see you again!!!
