Leave your car and walk into your holiday fun.

Only 66 steps and you are at the beach. A 5 minute walk to the CBD with cinemas, cafes, boutiques, banks, restuarants, entertainment centre, art gallery, day spas and nightlife. Take a brisk walk around the estuary to the Dolphin Discovery Centre.

Take a short drive to the wineries at Ferguson Valley, Capel or Donnybrook. Enjoy a round of golf at the Sanctuary Golf Course, Bunbury Golf Club or Capel Golf Club - just a short drive away. Take a day to trip to the Margaret River wineries, cheese and chocoloate factories

Or just stay in to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views from your balcony. Watch the dolphins play in the ocean. Watch the whales (in season) make their way up the coast. Stroll across to the beach front and enjoy the bbq facilities in the park.

This two storey fully self contained villa has main bedroom, ensuite, living area, kitchen and balcony upstairs and 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living area, toilet and laundry facilities downstairs. The ensuite has a relaxing spa bath. The unit has a security gate entrance and parking for 2 cars in a lock up garage with a remote control door.

The villa is maintained in an immaculate condition with top quality furnishings. It has all of the creature comforts of home.

The location is ideal with the proximity to the beach and the CBD. It is an easy stroll to Bunbury's entertainment hub but not too close to the restaurants, pubs and night clubs to have any noise disturbing you except at bed time when you can hear the roll of the waves when you are snuggled up in bed.

We were four women who went for a congress. The house was perfect as we each had our own space.

The house was great. A short walk to town and across the road from the beach. The house has everything we needed. I would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

A well positioned apartment soo near to the beach and easy walking distance to the main street .

The Beach Villa apartment was very well organised and soo very clean ! It was very comfortable and everything presented to make us feel very at home! Very thorough instructions in regard to the security and lockup, easy entrance and good garage facilities. We felt very at ease and relaxed and it was easy to visit the beach near by and we walked several times into the main city and to the bay area. Perfect location!

Had a really lovely stay with my family in this clean, comfortable and well appointed town house. I thoroughly enjoyed a morning swim at the beach which is just across the road followed by a short stroll into town for breakfast. Wonderful place to relax and would definately stay again.
